Unprofessional staff there was a table with cookies and stuff me and my friend thought that was for sampling or maybe free we were not sure as we start picking some snack staff kept laughing despite providing accurate info about that thing lol we spent 15$ for two drinks and they think we cant afford 50 cents chips packets they could've just informed we were there for 2-3 min confused thought cookies were for sampling :) next time make sure be professional than tryna be komedy stars

The people working the drive-thru are always so nice and friendly. Also one of the few Starbucks that still makes the brown sugar oat shaken espresso properly
