Very poor and slow customer service. We were the only people in line for food, and there was only one other customer seated. While staff saw us and continued chatting we waited 5 minutes before we were served. As a few more customers came in after us they then felt it would be prudent to start serving and not conversing witb colleagues. Shame on me for waiting. I will not be spending my money here again. One word of advice for the Quik Chik team - treat everyone the same and leave the personal conversations for when there are no customers.
The food was freshly cooked and delicious. I got the Thursday daily deal for 3 piece chicken and a side. Thought that might not be enough but it was.
One of the owners, Aisha recognizes her frequent customers with excellent service, the works. On special occasions, even adds a couple of pieces in the bag. Thank you so much..

This place is generally great and reminds me of the old popeyes when it comes to its burgers and generally has bigger burgers. Popeyes has better taste tho but this place feels nostalgic so it's good. I've tried poutine once and it wasnt pleasant but overall very good!
Good food. Nice staff. ALWAYS a long wait. Order ahead for Pick up or delivery. Make sure they clearly mark spicy or not on the box. Not their issue, but generally I feel ripped off when I find two or more wings in my order.
Placed my order online and drove to pick up the order. By the time I got there, my order was ready and did not have to wait. When I got home everything was correct, even some special items I asked for in the online comments. The chicken is always great tasting.

Yesterday, we went there for the first time upon hearing the quality of food they serve. Our expectation wasn't high but when the food came we really loved it. Without negative marketing to their immediate competitor (already well know North American Brand), I can say that the quality of food surprised me. No tons of salt no oily stuff, really really loved the food. This doubled with amazing customer service by the counter staff Ms. Humaira. She recommended us the food and even upon hearing we are visiting the Quik Chik first time added her opinion on what should we try based on the number of people (family of 6). I truly fell in love with Quik Chik as their taste and quality are way better than the BIG BRAND NAME with no quality.
I bought a 3 piece chicken combo and felt the chicken was less salted. Also, the batter was too thick for my liking. Positive's- less oily, portion size was good.
