I dont like to give bad review but this time i really have to because i love eating popeyes so much but today i went to this location and ordered a chicken sandwich and a deal of the day( 3piece chicken). I have added photo look at the chicken they added in sandwich is like nugget and the chicken was literally taste like a refried chicken, it wasn't crispy and had taste not good at all. I still love popeyes but not ever going to this branch.
Again a cold sandwich third time in a row. When called 7 times at the store to record the complaint but none of the 5 employees has picked the phone. Even after entering into the store and keep dialing the store number but again no picking of the phone. Total 5 employees were at the shift and store has no customer at 10:10 pm.Worst customers service I have asked fresh burger and some compensatory fries or chicken piece. But Bushra / CAshier and another older lady started shouting and asked me to bring the invoice and instead of being nice they were rude. Further other co employees were also came at the front and started arguing. Instead of saying sorry Don’t recommend to go this place.
Lady at the cash was having a bad day or I don't know what - but she was rude - didn't want to discuss anything, cut you off...and if you asked for anything she didn't know how to do, she simply will tell you they don't carry it or its not available. I asked for extra cheese in my poutine...she said popeyes doesn't offer that. I get it all the time. So I told her I'll pay for it, just extra cheese. She charged me for another poutine. Then someone from the back had to tell her.Another mom and son were ahead of me. They ordered chicken - 2 can dine for whatever. She also told them they don't carry that. Horrible customer service. If you're not having a good day, please don't serve at the front cash. She shouldn't be working there.
It's a great place but my favorite things are no longer in their menu, so can't give it full star. Staff is great and food is fresh but the 3 stars are for company not the restaurant.
I ordered the 12 chicken tenders family meal and was SHOCKED at how slim the tenders were. Popeyes chicken tenders have always been chunky but I was given a box of chicken that was sliced in half then breaded! We were eating breading more than chicken. Let alone the price increase on the meal too! So they cut their cost on the expense of their customer. Not cool Popeyes! I will also email this to the headquarter to understand if this is from this branch only or a new Popeyes rule.
Worst chicken fried I ever ate. The moment we opened the box I smelled rotten fish rather fried chicken. It was smelly and the fries were refried. Yuck just wanna puke immediately. We are calling them right now and no one is picking up the phone. This must be reported to health ministry which I am gonna do right now. The location must not allow to run the busniess until they learned the ethics of the food business.
Great location in Milton. They provide quick service. However, food quality can be inconsistent. Have been to the location several times and have been hit been bad chicken on a couple of occasions.
The customer service was poor, and quality of the chicken was below standard. The girl at the cash register was very unfriendly, lacked professionalism and displayed a poor attitude. She looked like she was being inconvenienced by taking an order and working. We ordered three 3-piece specials and received 7 legs and only 2 thighs. Some pieces of the chicken were dried out. Disappointing experience as I've always received great service at other popeye's locations.
I have wasted 4 trips to this Popeyes trying to get rice and beans however its never available so don’t waste your time here and go to another location if you love rice and beans.
I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches. But I got fish inside the sandwich. So, I recommend dont go this location they give wrong things in hurry.never go to this location
