This location always cheaps out on toppings. Mostly pizza dough and hardly any toppings.
Called in to order 3 pizzas, and was told 20 mins for pick up. Drove there and whoever was the cashier needs to chill or find a new job.Asked what the name was under the order, and the lady got all defensive and kept asking “Are u sure u ordered here? There’s other locations”i’m 100% sure we ordered here, and confirmed the name under the order. Still kept asking the same questions if we’re sure that we ordered here. Maybe she should clean her ears a bit and probably took a second to LISTEN. And with a credit card in hand, she aggressively asks “DID U PAY FOR IT?” like please. Didn’t know we needed an ID, blood type and a strand of hair to prove that this was our order.Side note: I know google says “VERY BUSY” it really wasn’t. Should go to other location, they are probably more competent.
Everytime I order here I ask for welldone pizza this time there well done is uncooked pizza no way I’m ordering here ever doesn’t awnser the phone either for a complaint!!
I often order from here, usually online. The pizzas are always ready on time and they are very quick to process the payments and move ahead. The efficiency is appreciated.
Ordered a thin crust pizza Canadian with roast red peppers and pineapple….. Pizza was warm when it arrived… the pizza itself was overcooked… cheese is to be gooey delicious not hard and crunchy
This was my first visit to Pizza Hut in over 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizzas and ingredients. The service was top notch as well. Would have been 5 stars if they pizzas slices were cut all the way through.
The pizza was pretty much cold by time it reached the car. Not really impressed to be honest. Shouldn't have to reheat pizza as soon as I walk in the door at home. Its been years since I have eaten Pizza Hut and totally miss the all you can eat lunch menu they used to have back in the 90's. Very much disappointed.
The food was great as always . If you decide to go for pizza just hit Pizza Hut . Don’t try anything else
Hey, if you like the cheese on your pizza to be 90% browned, this is the place for you! The 3 times I've gotten pizza here, the cheese has been burnt 3 times out of 3. Will never order here again when there are several other pizza places around that understand that burnt cheese isn't the norm.
Horrible experience. I tried to place and order over the phone. The person who works there started screaming at me because I was not sure of what I wanted to order. I knew I wanted a pizza, so I asked what kind of pizza do you have ?The person over the phone began to insult me for not knowing what I wanted.I guess I will never order pizza from this location!!Lesson for store owner: don’t be rude to your customers or you will be like the emperor who has no clothes.
