The women that helped me today was soooo kind! She had short curly hair in a bun! And the wrap she made me was bomb<3
I dropped in to pick up lunch for me and my seller client just down the street and he wanted to have Pita Pit for lunch because he was in a bit of a hurry today. I know ...I know...I ate my pita before I took pictures. I did forget. But hey, I was with my seller client. That is my excuse and I am sticking to it...LOL !!I had the Large Deli Turkey with garlic sauce, cheddar cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, sprouts, spinach, black olives, cucumbers and mushrooms. Toasted on White Pita bread.My client ordered a Large Chicken Shawarma with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, garlic sauce and toasted.I ordered online for pickup and unfortunately they forget to look at their online orders.LOL !!! No worries here. I was in no hurry.The staff were nice, efficient and friendly.The pitas were on point !!! They were delicious. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The toasted pita was excellent. The sauce was just right.I was impressed because I have not tried Pita Pit in over a decade. But I will certainly give other locations closer to my home a shot now.I will remember to take pictures the next time around.
I don't know if this place is under new management or what, but I've noticed a steep decline in quality over the past few months.The new staff are careless and unfriendly. They always overstuff my pitas, drown them in sauce, and leave holes in the bread. So the whole thing falls apart when I take a bite. The ingredients are poorly cut, stale and gross looking. There was like half an onion carelessly dropped in my pita today. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the garbage because it was such a mess. I wish I didn't waste my money on this slop.Ironically, the place was much better when it was just the 2 young women working there.
The worst experience ever ! I went there exactly at 8:30 pm which is not even close to closing. The person did not address me for the first 5 mins , kept on cleaning. The behavior was so rude ! Which pita pit doesn’t have rice ? The guacamole was black ! The chicken not even cooked for 2 mins ! Never going there again atleast not with the same people working there
The young ladies are all very pleasant and nice to deal with. Other than the music being too loud on occasion causing you to have issues hearing them when you are trying to place your order, all of my experiences with them have been positive.
Staff here are always the nicest. Definitely better then the subway staff in this plaza. They are so friendly and caring. A little pricey now but still get a decent size pita. Really enjoy the Soulvaki pita its my go to. Small location but with great service, can't ask for anything better.
Amazing experience and delicious wrap! I loved the Jalapeno Club - it was balanced, flavorful and very juicy. I'd have it again and would recommend. The young lady greeted and welcomed to the store and prepared this awesome wrap - thank you!
Typically this is a very good location for grabbing a quality meal. Unfortunately, two of the three times I have visited recently they have been out of gluten free pitas. No apology, just don't have any in stock. Options are already so limited for gluten free so it is real hassle.It's sucks that I have to find a new place for quick and easy meals as I can't rely on Pita Pit to have gluten free options.
The spicy Buffalo Caesar pita was delicious and the young woman there made me what was probably the tidiest and most well put together pita I've had.
