Went in for lunch and got the daily deal. The gentleman was awesome for customer service, and when I forgot to grab our desserts, he brought them out to my car before we left. Thanks for lunch guys!!
Employees couldn't process my order properly. Then made it wrong. Then tried to put raw banana peppers on my cheesteak completely soaking my bun and the rest of my sandwich in banana pepper juice. Fought me on cooking them after I told him they should have been cooked to begin with. Then gave us our food which after driving home wasn't even properly cooked. This dog food they serve here is not a true representation of Philthy Phillies and I will be speaking to head office regarding the franchise owner/staff.
First time we ordered, great. Today was the 4th time, and last. Progressively got worse. Fries taste like they were cooked yesterday and leftovers airfried and served up today, and all looked like bottom of the barrel. This was not the first time. Soggy bun, and a cheesesteak is soggy, but soggy to the point that pieces of the bread had turned to ‘batter’ and sticking to fingers. We live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. I’m not one to leave negative reviews regularly, I can’t imagine what the issue is at this place, but I hope the owner sees this and takes the criticism gracefully. It’s a shame it’s gone downhill, it was poised to be a winner in our little town. Spent over $100 this time for a family meal with hopes it would be good.
The worst decision of my life I made was to order food here after a nice wonderful Saturday stroll. The food was not edible, the bun was not toasted. Didn’t want to take a picture of garbage. Threw it out. And went to Wendy. Is there any way I can get my $ back? Pls lmk.

The food was really good!! The portion size was big and staff was friendly and helpful. The owner was very accommodating and helped when I placed a very lengthy order. Excited to try the other stuff on the menu!
Great restaurant with lots of options to choose from. I tried it first time today and i really liked it. One of the best places i have been too. Specially the employee Aayush is really good to deal with, he suggested me the sandwich and i loved it, he was humble and was trying to give me the best service as possible. Will visit here again definately!!
Where to begin? Rude owner, kept his head low and didn't even say hi to his costumers, stale bread, bad meat, old vegetables, they messed up my order so I had to wait extra , the fries were so black, probably from frying in a month old oil that I told them to keep them and left. Will never be back. (Lettting the owner who answered below know that this visit was on Christmas eve.).
Way too expensive and not very good and the absolutely most ridiculous thing I've seen from a fast food joint ever was a moldy bun.... you are living up to your name by being philthyPs.... it was my 21 week pregnant wife's sandwich.I would be okay if I was to never eat this not great food again
