Guy at the counter was very friendly and service was fast.I ordered an Oz box for the first time. A mix of chicken and lamb. I paid just over $20 for a box of rice topped with sprinkles of meat and some salad. I asked for extra hummus which I was happily charged for, and I found a teaspoon amount on the corner of the box. It was actually quite comical. Should of checked the box before leaving. I don’t mind paying for quality, but the meal really wasn’t worth the $$.
Picked up an order last Saturday, which was missing items and the wrap they gave was missing some extra ingredients I paid for. Found out after arriving home. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't talk to anyone who could address the issue. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING THEIR PREMISES. Also look at the salad we received, looks like they forgot to add the other half.After trying for a week, we were able to reach them and they gave replacements.
Shawarma wraps were really good. Do not try hot spicy levels unless you wanna burn down your food pipe. I prefer average spicy food for me little spicy level(Spicy level specified @ Osmows) feels good.
Had a delicious shawarma yesterday, my sister found the hot sauce too hot, and I went to buy some fries so she could help counterbalance the spice. The lady behind ended up giving it to us for free, even though I was more than willing to pay. What amazing customer service. Thank u!
The employees provided me with excellent service and helped me order something that was right for me. I ended up going with the chicken shawarma. Mind you it was just a regular but it was loaded with veggies and chicken, extremely filling. Will definitely be coming back.
This place used to be my favourite spots in Milton but have seen it go from great to terrible. The quality is horrendous and I’m left with always saying “why did I order here?”. Had to throw out my last 2 orders because of cold/wrong toppings inside the shawarma.Steer clear if you’re debating eating here.
Osmow is an excellent restaurant for shawarma. The atmosphere is very ambiance and pleasant and the taste of food is so awesome and the staff over there are so courteous and helpful and always have a pretty smile on their face and they never let down their customers. The food is fresh and a well wrap given to the customer. Doing a great job guys keep going like this
This was our first time going to Osmows. From the beginning of our experience, they got our order completely wrong. I had ordered a beef shawarma only with lettuce and tomato with NO Spice for my daughter and 3 more beef shawarmas. We had to order by phone because online ordering for the Milton location just wasn’t possible. The lady on the phone didn’t even know the prices for the items. After ordering I went to to pick it up and it wasn’t till I pay for the order that they tell me that they ran out of beef. So they gave me chicken instead. They couldn’t make the refund to my credit card for the price difference and gave cash instead. I waited there for about 20 mins and the staff were so unorganized. They weren’t even able to give me my receipt because the machine jammed. When I got home, we realized my daughter’s shawarma came with pickles, beetroot, green olives, and HOT PEPPERS! aside from the lettuce and tomato (which was the only thing I ordered for her). Overall a very bad experience although the taste was good.
Their shawarma wraps are very hollow. You'll be eating more bread than any of their fillings -- not worth it. Super Shawarma is the biggest rip off - felt like it was only filled up half way for the whole wrap.
Osmos is one of my favorite restaurants for shawarma takeout. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. I have been coming here for quite some time and am a big fan of their Philly cheesesteak wrap which is very sumptuous and filling.
