The only problem with this location is that they have gone cheep with tomatoes they have halfed thier tomatoes , why not full tomatoes? Not sure if all sub places do this... is my only problem with this location

There food is great and the customer service is great.
I've always loved this location and I always preferred Mr. Sub over Subway but this location is going downhill. The owner was always so nice and made the subs perfect. Ordered subs for my family today and I was pretty taken back. Why are they giving paper thin tomato slices and cut in half?! I didn't notice while they were making it to ask for more but honestly?! Its not like the subs are cheap to begin with. Had to add extra tomato at home.This is pathetic. This is poor practice. Don't think I will be coming here again.
Taste was ok ok. On top of that, they do not follow the covid protocols. Went today in the evening and saw one of the customer entering without the mask, they did not ask the customer to wear the mask and started preparing the sub as everything was normal.
Wow I really want to support Canadian stores, but this was the worst sub I ever had! The bread was so dry and their topping selection was limited.
This is hands down the BEST sub place it town!! Every time I get a sub it amazing. They take their time, they don’t put too many toppings! And everything is fresh! Sooo good!
