We used to eat at the Milton Montana's a couple times a month.  That was years ago.  When the product & service start to tank, we stopped going.  But every year we'd hope things changed and give it another try, always only to be disappointed once again.  Tonight was our retry and it was all for nothing.  My wife and I ordered the ribs & wings and I could not believe how tough the ribs were.   For a restaurant that advertises fall off the bone ribs, what a joke.  I told the manager about how bad the ribs were and her response was "I know".  She blamed the supplier in Alberta not delivering product so they had to order elsewhere.  What a lame excuse (and bad food).  On top of that the service was really slow, waited 20 minutes for drinks.  The waiter said 3 servers were no shows and the manager had to run the bar.  Farewell to Montanas once again.

Service was great but the gluten free items listed on the menu aren't necessarily gluten free. The burrito bowl I ordered had to be replaced, however, my husband and son loved their ribs and fish & chips. Glad they advised about the gluten issue but not many options.

Awful. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Server stand was rude. Servers should be welcoming, polite and professional. But she was very RUDE. We went for dinner yesterday and she was giving us bad attitude. We didn’t order our dinner because of her attitude. She made our day worst and Kids were got very upset. We won’t be back. Terrible customer service.

I have big question to ask from the Montana’s Owner, has the staffs been trained properly? Your staffs are responsible for creating a positive experience for your guests with proper training. My family and I went to Montana’s in Milton location on 1230 Steels Ave E. 26/06/2022 for dinner, we have 1 infant and 4 years old, also we came from long drive and kids are so tired so we went to the front and waited no body was in the front so there are lots of empty tables. we sat one of the table because of that the Server gave us so much attitude and threw the menu to the table, that is not acceptable we can’t take those misbehaviour so we left the restaurant, I am one of the member of the our Milton community so I will let everybody knows that incident, THE SERVER IS RUDE RUDE RUDE VERY RUDE , I am not recommend to go over there to eat poor management ,we won’t be back.

Do not order food from here. This is the second time I ordered food from uber eats and waited almost 2 hours and it never arrived. The first time it took one hour before they cancelled and now 2 hours and still preparing. I called both times and they never answered. Don't waste your time ordering online or going in person.

Visited for an early dinner on May 23rd. Katir our server was truly unpleasant from the get go, no smiles and you can tell she didn't like working there. No greeting - doesn't give any welcoming feeling whatsoever. We ordered 4 full meal my wife and I and our 2 small children. My 10oz sirloin ordered medium, given a very very overly well done, hard as rubber - never was offered any steak sauce or tobasco nor ever been checked if everything was okay. After 20 minutes rushing us to pay and not even asking if we need boxes for our many left overs from our children meals. Truly not the same standard as Montana restaurant we are accustomed to.This Milton Montana Restaurant is a true disappointment.Not recommended at all - Neighbouring LONE STAR is the winner all day for all aspects.

Went on my own on a Thursday evening entering about 6:30 pm.Not overly busy maybe 20 people tops.Ordered a LARGE Rack of Pork Back Ribs with a Twice Baked Potato, Cornbread, and in-house Baked Beans.I should have known all was not as it should have been when the meal was served in just over 6 Minutes.Their web site says the Ribs are "Fresly Prepared". I don't believe it is possible to go from "Fresly Prepared" in 6 minutes !!I believe these Ribs had been sitting for some time, possibly from the previous evening, as they were dry and hard on the outside.There was a good portion of Ribs on the plate, but Quantity can never replace Quality.

It was my first time visting a Montanas and me and my cousins chose this location. My experience was horrible at this place. I ordered tacos and they were extremely disgusting and cold. The chicken had no flavour and wasn't even cooked right. I asked them to do re-made and it was still the same. On top of that, they don't even give you any sauce like salsa/ sour cream or gauc for your chips.My brother ordered the ribs, which really messed up his stomach and he was on the toilet for about an hour. Because of this experience, I don't think I will ever be eating at another Montanas again.

Went here Saturday in March with my children. Food and service was good. It got busy around 6pm but still you didn't have to wait long for your food.

I made an appointment at Montana's Milton for my wife & myself on Saturday 5th Feb. We were met by two employees at the entrance and was told that we have to produce a QR Scan & ID to fine in. Well, both of us had our official receipts from Halton Health that we had got our 1st, 2nd and Booster shots and valid ID's were available. However, the two young ladies who were at the counter at 8 15 pm refused to let us in. The only explanation was that they need the QR Codes? Was very disappointing and Montana's surely lost customers who patronize their restaurant often. I now understand why there are so many protests around.. Will not patronize this restaurant anymore!!
