Perhaps the slowest McDonald's in existence? They completely ignored the 5 person lineup at the cash register until someone yelled. Fruit flies in the pastry display case. No paper towel to dry your hands in the rest room, filthy food counter. Gave me a Jr chicken when I paid for a full sandwich McChicken. Zero stars. Do not recommend.
AMAZING customer service and attitude from the two young gentleman working the drive thru at this time (one African Canadian and one Caucasian), especially as they're working on the long weekend (July 1, 7:30pm). They were both very polite, friendly and efficient. Some people have a "customer service" voice, but these two were genuinely very pleasant and positive people. It was such a refreshing surprise that will have an ever lasting effect on the rest of my day. Really hope the managers see this and they get the recognition they deserve.
Super friendly service. We stopped for a quick bite as we drove through Canada and had a pleasant experience. Poutine was a fun option that isn't available on the US side and it was tasty. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The real winner was the manager and her staff. They were great and I really appreciated their extra mile effort.
The service is to bad, night shift servers acts like they are doing thier job by someone forcing them to do it. I ordered a double double and it has no sugar or creamer and it was cold i asked them to give me the new one so first he start argue and then took my same coffee and microwave it and give it to me ,I asked for sugar so he gives me one sugar and when i ask for any spoons for mixing up with the angry face he gives me a knife to mix..
Location is great but the service is way below par. The staff of non cooperative and often mess up the order. I ordered the chocolate sundae from them yesterdayThey gave them without putting the caps on properly. All the sundae was dripping and they had the doors closed and didn't give any napkins.As for the food, McDonald's taste and food has always been same taste as ever.
Crazy isn't it? This location can not get an order correct. At home with Covid today I ordered a double hamburger with lettuce tomatoes and bacon from Uber eats. Will I got the bun lettuce vacon and tomatoes but not meat patties. Thank to Thomas - The manager- I was told that there was nothing he could do. My fault from ordering from a McDonald's that I have had problems with in the past. Live and learn.
This location is usually really good however today I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese....and well this is what I recieved this isnt ok I paid for a bagel with cream cheese not a dry bagel with literally nothing on it
Worse McDonald ever. The standard of this McDonald particular is below 1 star. Very rude staff. Not doing their job properly. Had phone order and waited on curb side for half an hour only to find out the order was ready 15 minutes ago and no one bother to give it to us. They always mess up the order and then they will argue about it. Never had such and experience ever before with any other McDonalds.
I was able to catch breakfast on time and this was truly delicious. Clean location and good service as well!
Walked in on Sunday Feb 27 12:20pm to place my food order. I was the only customer in the store. Many workers in the kitchen including the manager. I was being ignored. This location seems to only care about servicing the drive thru.. After waiting in front of the cash for approx 8 to 10 minutes. I decided to walk out. This has never happened to me at any other location. I will not be returning.
