21st May, 1230—130am, yes one hour stuck in the drive through. Because they decided to train a cashier at the busiest time. One car stayed at the window for half an hour. Honking by everyone must have woken up the neighbors.If you think this was just one time. No. Just one thing. No. They have almost always mixed up the orders too. Franchise needs to be canceled for this location. Period.

I went in at around 10 am on May 17th and the kind lady at the cash made my 2 year old son feel comfortable and super welcome! The staff here works hard, and their customer service is unmatched :) thanks for the great breakfast experience!

I find the staff always too busy talking with each other during busy times with no urgency and they still seem to always forget something in my order. It ranges from napkins. Dipping sauces. Forks and etc. A different case each time. Train your staff better.

This McDonald’s needs to improve service and speed at the drive trough. I waited in the drivethough and counted 22 cars being serviced in the other lane. With no way to leave I was forced to stay in the queue. When you have problems with and partner with the car in front of me. Decency would be to have the car move to the order window to allow the Queue to move . What a poor experience, I wanted to leave and could not as there was no way out.

The online/App..curbside/counter pick up should be faster(as advertised). But it isn't. The system is not set up to highlight the curbside orders. So you are in line (or in a que) like every other customer inside. You might have well ordered at the cash. Not the staffs fault, it's the system.

Lower your expectations when you come to this location. Time and time again, it’s either slow or they get your order incorrect. Sometimes, it’s both. When you order 3 items or more, you can probably expect that something will be left out. It could be straws, napkins, or part of your order that’s forgotten. This is in regards to drive thru or online pick up. We always double check before driving off — something you shouldn’t need to do, but recommend it with this location.The full timers are really nice though if you become a regular in the mornings. Generally if your order is simple, you’ll have a decent experience. It will just be slow if you hit a rush. Would love to see a higher level of care here.

I come here 1 to 2 times a day (I drink a lot of coffee) it's my 1st stop on my way to work, they probably know my SUV as soon as I pull in the drive thru. This location really has a great team, they always greet you with a smile and are super friendly, I have never had bad service here. The main reason I wanted to do this review was because of a young lady named Gheet .... I usually see her a few times a week and I just want to say thank you to her for making my day every time I see her. She is so sweet and she is always happy and smiling. I really hope that the management knows how lucky they are to have her and to have such a wonderful team that treats your customers with nothing but respect. I look forward to coming there every morning ?

They're always so busy. I have never spent less than 25 minutes in the drivethru. I always order in the app and they're the ONLY McDonald's that when I get to the window they say the payment didn't go through on the app and I have to pay again. One time they asked me to pull up to a spot and forgot I was out there. I sat there waiting for over half an hour. Craziness

This place is totally a trash. You can see photos. Staff was so Unprofessional. Donuts place is always empty.

Went to try the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. What a disappointment. Barely any sauce or lettuce on my sandwich and the chicken patty was tiny. Not sure if this was just a one off or not so I ordered the Szechuan shortly after to see if it was any better...nope same thing. Complete waste of money. Don't waste your time or money ordering these. Stick to the basics or go to Popeyes for a real chicken sandwich.
