Extremely poor service, topped with extremely rude employee. I work as a delivery driver and i recieved an for which should've been ready for 10:50am, i asked an employee how long the order will take at 11:05am and i got yelled at by the manager, aslo when asked if he can give me a approx. Time, he indicate " i don't work for you don't ask me". As a delivery driver i know i am at the bottom of the food chain however all i am trying to do is make an honest living and provide service to customer. No one should be subject to such an insult and rude behaviour
Got to the speaker and no one greeted us and it took them waiting until we asked if this lane was closed to answer. Told us we couldn’t add large fries to a meal cause it “wouldn’t let him” Finally got to the window and waited there for a minute because the cash girl was talking on her phone laughing to someone and waited until she finally out the phone down and still proceeded to speak to her friend on the phone while dealing with our order. Just finished pulling through their drive - bad customer service food wasn’t even hot, run by kids
The order came unusually slow, but everything was right in the order. They even gave us glasses for water which was very thoughtful. The staff was amazing.I gave 1 star less because they no longer have the play area which was a bummer for my kids as they were hoping that with the normalcy with covid, they may have reinstated the play area. Ah well. Thankyou for the great service.
One of the workers told me to leave. Also whenever I order here it gets messed up, it’s not as bad as the one on James Snow but it’s still bad. Also all the drinks are tinted pink because the spigot’s broken.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Staff addressed everyone that came to the front register and let them know they would be right with them. All customers were served with polite greetings and smiles. Food was great and order was accurate. Store was clean and tidy. Gold standard for McDonald's.
Not sure this location is 24hrs. Drive-thru is closed early mornings..I understand the kitchen needs cleaning maybe have coffee and baked goods available?
This location is super busy for drive thru. We ate inside and used online table service. Was fairly quick. Did happen to see a few ppl come in from drive-thru to get items fixed, so double check your order before driving off.
Absolutely stunning how many 1star reviews this place has garnered. I'll add one as well. Morning drive thru experience featured incompetence @ every turn. This owner either doesn't care to improve or is unaware of managerial/staff shortcomings.
Aw m truck driver &I came here to buy food in morning 3:45 and the guy working in night shift name tyson refused me to give oder because he said we are cleaning and can’t give u anything no breakfast and no dinner no coffee nothing.i don’t knw than why they r open .poor service #mcdonalds
It's McDonald's, the employees were friendly. But I did have to go through the drive through twice to get some napkins. But I think they recognized me the second time because they gave me a HUGE wad of napkins, sooo thanks to whoever was working at like 5am today
