I can totally understand why this place has such high reviews. I came during a lunch rush and the owner/man at the front was very apologetic for the wait (I didn't mind waiting at all- it wasn't a bad time to sit and wait). I enjoyed watching the food being made at the front and watching the dynamics of the team working around eachother. Very decently priced for a jam-packed flavour sandwich. This place is a hidden gem for sure. You can tell they take pride in their work and value customer satisfaction. The owner even spotted me outside to make sure I was enjoying my sandwich. Will definitely be back! (Ordered the meatball sandwich -delicious!)
The chicken soup is amazing! No filler ingredients, just pure delicious broth with carrot, fresh herbs and noodles. My absolute favourite on a day where I just want some comfort food.
A coworker of mine recommended this place and I decided to try it out. All the reviews below me are true. I ordered the Rueben sandwich and a muffin. As soon as you taste the bite, you can tell that it was homemade and made it with love. The flavours of the sandwich are fantastic. What really finished the meal for me is the blueberry lemon muffin as it was gigantic. If you are a big guy like me, I think two sandwiches would be enough to suffice your stomach. All in all, I really enjoyed this sandwich and the muffin for a really reasonable price.5/5 stars from me.
Was looking for a sandwich shop off Uber and came across this spot. I read the reviews and decided to try it out. I have to say this was a reallyyyyy good decision. I tried the portabello and eggplant sandwich and the zucchini sandwich. They were absolutely delicious and I am obsessed. The flavors are amazing and this is literally my new favorite sandwich spot. There are two other sandwiches I am interested in trying. I hope they can make their meat halal one day, but besides that the vegetarian options are very tasty. Presentation and the bread used are awesome. Highly recommend trying them out.
It is not main road facing restaurant, somewhat hard to locate. Food smells and taste great, friendly ladies to talk to. Please do support independent restaurants as they are working hard to make ends meet.
When I travel to Milton to visit family this gourmet lunch café is always a must stop. Once inside you immediately feel the friendly atmosphere and after you taste the food I guarantee you will be back.
I was hungry and in the mood for a sandwich but wanted something with a more homey feel than subway or firehouse. I looked on uber and Mama Mila's had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I decided that in order to get a true feel for the quality of the food, I would need to try a few items on the menu.Both the Reuben (on Rye) and the Philly Cheese steak where highlighted as "popular" picks on uber eats so I decided to get both. however, in my humble opinion you can usually tell the quality of a place by how they make their tuna sandwich (it's easy to get wrong, often too bland and flavorless or too wet). so I ordered the tuna sandwich on ciabatta.The food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. The breads where perfectly toasted and all three sandwiches were neatly crafted (no sloppy spill over - it was very pleasing to the eye).I thoroughly enjoyed the Rueben (as I expected based on previous reviews) - the right blend of savory with only a hint of tang, completed nicely with the side pickle. I also enjoyed the Philly steak, the meat was not chewy or slimy (like other places do) and the mix with the sautéed peppers was nice.however it was actually the tuna sandwich that stole the show for me. it was absolutely delicious. everything you'd want in a tuna sandwich. the crispy toasted ciabatta provided a nice texture which complemented the tuna very nicely. the cheese was not overdone and didn't overpower the dish, rather it added a slight suggestion of sharpness that elevated the whole meal.Portions were all reasonable for the price, but the taste....simply delicious. I will most certainly be eating here again.
I highly recommend Mama Mila’s!! The sandwiches were very tasty and the customer service was exceptional! The owners are very friendly. It was our first time ordering from here and we will definitely be back. What a gem we have in Milton!

Great little sandwich place.. The Ruben, Philly Cheese steak, Chicken Brie and Apple and the Pork Parmesan were all excellent. The potato and dill soup was great as well.
