We tried a new item that they recently added to their menu called the Kopper Kettle Sliders. It was 3 sliders; 1 with chicken, 1 with beef and 1 with veal. We were the first customers to order the sliders and they were absolutely delicious. The only problem was that it took a long time for them to make it. Around 40 to 45 minutes. But the server was very nice and outgoing and asked us for our input on it.
The service is almost always an issue here. The food is great, excellent wraps and club sandwiches , dessert is delicious too. But there is almost always an issue with food coming late, forgetting our drinks etc. They need to retrain staff or come up with a better more efficient system. Once that's fixed, it's 5 stars for sure .
Overall nice experience. Good food. Bit pricy but quality and quantity is very nice.
Went in around 9pm and ordered one plate with my boyfriend. A couple that came in maybe 15 mins after me ordered 3 plates and got them all before us. When asked, the waitress said she mixed up the tables. 45 mins in she asked if we needed anything but obviously we were just waiting for the 1 plate. Prior to walking out since we waited for over an hour I talked to the waitress and explained my frustration, all she said was I understand and I already cancelled your order. There was no apology and no sense of urgency. Do not recommend.
I decided to take the time to write a review and leave my recommendation for this cafe. I am very surprised by some of the ratings.I had the most wonderful experience here. The food was amazing and full of flavour. The servings were a little large for me so I shared them with my guest. The staff were delightful and I will 100% come back here regularly. I highly recommend!
Nachos are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately chicken was not cooked to perfection and or contaminated which caused late night vomiting. Observed server handing over forks without cleaning after dropping on main floor. No respect to hygiene, will not recommend or return. Lava cake was not that special to pay extra price its just a regular tasted cake so here goes one star and server needs to improve service as they don’t serve cutlery if not asked.
Hidden gem in milton. Their food is all halal, the best club sandwiches I have had in Canada. Their crepes were delicious and to top it off the interior of this place is gorgeous.
No words but one “Just Amazing” Food. U need to try Burgers Chicken here. U will never regret.
Overall just not a good experience. Food is good, presentation is nice. But the service was terrible. And nothing was clean. They have this light lamp you press to get service. The server literally looked at the lamp, turned away and never came back. She finally saw me flag her down. The lamp itself was so dirty and sticky. The cutlery wasn't clean. So it just makes you think about everything else. No one was mean or rude just bad bad service. We had to walk to the counter every time we needed something. The worst is they will not give you a glass of water. You have to order a bottle. I hate that. People around us were upset with service. It's not worth going for okay dessert and food if it's not clean and no one to really serve you.
We’re here now . I will show you guys what we ordered. The food is good but the downside is : the restaurant is full and they always keep only one waitress to do all the job ALONE . So there will be delay and I feel sorry for her , I mean doing everything: taking orders , cleaning and cashing as well .
