Not fast but not very slow. Cashier was friendly. When I arrived they were playing static over the speakers. Staff seemed unaware. Then a staff person came out to the dining room on break, sat next to me, and proceeded to have a loud conversation with his friend on speakerphone while chewing with his mouth open. The overall feeling was chaos. Get take out.
Cashier was pleasant but the server displayed no customer service. She just called the number and left the food on the counter. She didn't even check that the person for the food was nearby before leaving it. Also, chicken pieces are pretty small; I had to go back and order additional pieces for it to share for my family.
Hands down the worst KFC location ever!Ive had issues with this location before but today i was craving kfc chicken so I ordered a 12pc bucket and got 11 super greasy pieces and 8 of them were drum sticks ?I'm done with this location, Mary browns or Popeyes from now on!
The server was very nice, but the food was terrible. The coating was soggy and SO GREASY and had fallen off the chicken. Even though we ordered dark meat, it was dry and very bland. The fries were also dry and not salted. This was the second time I have been here after a 2 year break, because the food was terrible that time too. If they are consistently bad even after two years, then it wasn't an 'off' day. I have had delicious KFC in Nigeria so this was a shock and a disappointment.
Do Not Eat Here. Got the new Scorcher Sandwich, was expecting spicy mayo like the pictures and signature scorcher sauce, instead got a cold fillet with mayo. Asked for spicy mayo, recieved plain mayo, guess their trying to get rid of a surplus of mayo. Waste of money, also spent 25 minutes in their drive thru, the store is closed, no instructions on how to pickup pre-orders.
Went through their DT this evening. Ordered for hard shelled tacos but received soft shelled tacos. Had tried calling their store but NO ONE was picking the phone. Not happy!
So I had bought a 10 piece bucket from today kfc today in the noon and see the pictures please, so much of oil was removed from just 2 pieces of chicken, this is not something good for our health and this sucks, very poor food quality and I am very disappointed with this food quality,I don't know why KFC has become this bad nowdaysI'm definitely not leaving this here, I'll report it to health department for sure.If anybody has major issues, I definitely do not recommend this place.Thank you
Don't think I have ever been as annoyed as I am right now. I ordered 6 famous chicken sandwiches for my family. Firstly, their chicken inside the sandwiches are way over 2 hours old. You can tell they just been sitting in the oven for long. Probably was put in when they opened the store in the morning. Secondly, when they realized they didn't have enough of the patties for the sandwiches, they gave me 2 zinger patties instead. You can tell by the picture the huge difference. They tried to hide it by putting it at the bottom. To make it worse, the zinger sandwiches were also super old. I used to work at kfc and I know when sandwiches have been sitting in the oven too long. These should have definitely been discarded. Than I went and saw the last couple of messages and they are all 1 stars. I'm not sure what else the head office and district manager need to see before they realize they got a failing location. Please re-staff and retrain. Not that I care, will never come back to this location. If your thinking of ordering here, don't. Just go across the street to Mary Browns. Their sandwiches are amazing and made fresh.
Messed up the order. Added a normal chicken sandwich instead of the Scorcher. Forgot to add another Original Recipe piece as part of Ultimate box meal. And wouldn't pick up the call. Avoid at all costs!
The service and just general location just sucks. They added tomatoes to my fries after I mentioned allergy, which were covered in seasonings I've never see.. they "only" had Pepsi and 7up as a drink option which was in a can, denied having bottles of rootbeer that's you could clearly see in the assumingly just stocked fridge they don't want to restock. Fries were refried. Cold soggy popcorn chicken. No gravy. No sweet and sour or any Dips for that matter. No cheese between the shells of the gordita crunch and it wasn't warmed in the grill because it "wasn't working". No remakes, even for allergy issue and no refunds. Employees are playing around and it's not like I came at close. Customer service sucked and now I understand why every other taco place does better. No wonder taco bell is pulling out of Canada. Used to be the best.
