Ordered a XL Pepperoni pizza and since the new owners took over I won't go back this is basically a cheese pizza with a maximum 3 pepperoni slices that that's being very generous per XL slice I'm done with this store and it's sad because I love Gino's Pizza but won't waste my hard in money there anymore there's other places I'll go from now on,,????
Great service and pizza. The order process was smooth and the person was helpful. He even guided a random walk-in person to the next door outlet since they were looking for French fries.
It was a great experience to tried pizza in this branch! Excellent service, presentation was activate my appetite, taste was excellent, and the texture was appealing! Highly recommended.

Look at this pizza, just look at it. Like 9 pepperoni pieces for a half, way too many green Pepe's on other have and cheese is so incredibly thick for no reason. And these tasty dipping sauces are terrible, where are the Gino's official ones, they should inform you that they do not have any in stock before you buy them and take them home. Won't be coming here again.
Great Pizza. They have halal meat options as well. Unlike pizza pizza, you can call ahead to place order with halal options.
I wish I could give zero stars with the level of customer service that I received. After calling ahead and explaining that I had a store credit, they told me to come in to use it. Once I arrived, the location manager yelled at me saying that he wanted me to come in so he could tell me how to properly use my credit, while my made pizza was ready and demanded I pay for it.AWFUL customer service and extremely disappointed that the manager would tell me I was wrong after I explained to him what his employee told me to do on the phone. When I pointed out the employee that took my order, they ran into the back and the manager proceeded to yell at me.
Very poor service never ordering from there again. Paid for 4 pizza, receive 3 instead. Disputing back and forth with restaurant and did not result into anything. Very poor service.
It's halloween. I ordered a pizza at 5PM because I have friends and kids over to go treating for the night and we needed a quick and simple meal before we rush out the door. They phone me at 6PM and are like "The delivery time for that pizza won't be until between 8 and 10PM". It took them an hour to tell me that, making it nearly impossible for me to get any sort of meal to the kids before we won't out. Last time I order from these clowns.
Love the place, the pizza is always good and they have halal pepperoni and chicken options. Good online and walkin deals too.
