Food was good but it seemed like they halved the meat on the sandwiches compared to other locations I have been to.
I absolutely love their steak and cheese sub. The quality is always there. Have to try some other ones but the steak n cheese is off the charts. Keep it up guys. Will be ordering from here a lot going forward.
Worst customer service ever ! I asked for certain ingredients on my sub (which of course they forgot to put most of them on) and had to find out once I got home. When I tried to reach out to customer service via email, their management team replied only to say "ok, thanks for the feedback". No apologies or any offers to try and make things right. When I attempted to email back saying that is not a satisfactory resolution, they never bothered to respond and just ignored my email. Will never give them my business again only due to their extremely poor customer service and not treating people like a valued customer.

Wow! Just wow! My first time here, and blown away. They asked if I wanted pickle and all the toppings, I responded yes. I get home to eat the sub, after hearing how good this place was. Zero toppings and no pickle.
