Staff should really be wearing masks. Especially the ones making the food. Order from the gentlemen who handled my order and not only was he not wearing a mask he was having an outright prolonged conversation with the other staff. Maybe take the convo to the break room so my sundae doesn’t have saliva flavour topping that I did not order? Or perhaps just focus on serving so that the strawberry syrup is not spilling all over the cup?
Busy venue, but the staff was careless and the place looked unkempt. I had to call out an employee, who took out the trash to wash his hands upon returning. He was calling customers to the cash to take orders.
Not the place for food anymore! It’s a 15 minute wait and it’s not worth it anymore icecream is good though.
My favorite ice cream spot good for winter and summer season. Happy the cotton flavour back. Always satisfied when I order. Store hours have changed.
Ordered a birthday cake for my son. The person who took the order ensured that we understand how the cake would be layered, gave us smart ideas on the look of the cake that would appeal to my 8 yr old. The process of ordering to picking up went very smoothly. We loved it!
We love DQ, it's our family's goto place for ice cream, even more so during pandemic and lockdowns. This location is great. Staff was friendly. Great options to choose from. Their blizzards are so yummy. Would love to drop by again this week. Thank you!
Nadee was a wonderful help! She helped me pick out a birthday cake for my mom and to choose a colour for the writing! She is very kind and it made my experience here very enjoyable

It’s a nice clean place & a decent seating arrangement to enjoy with family. It’s a young team who took a correct order with fresh food. However they did forget to flip both the orea mocha and chocolate brownie extreme blizzard :)
