This is litterally the worst location I have ever been to in my entire 33 years of being alive in regards to their care for customers time. 15 minutes for a bagel? Serving two peope that came after me, before me? I need to get to work
The food and drinks are always great. Clean and good service. I’ve been really enjoying the mango chai smoothie and Asiago BLT lately.

Nice place to study. Sometimes they give me plastic cups while I'm having a coffee or a chocolate in the cafeteria which I personally dislike. If you dine in you should have atleast your cup. Its part of the proffessionalism. Nevertheless cozy place.
I went to get a coffee with my dad and waited 10 mins to be served, the workers did not acknowledge us and didn’t take our order after 10 minutes I was fed up, I told them that we have been waiting for 10 mins and their customer service sucks, they said they thought we were served! Why would I be standing at the ordering machine then? Terrible experience
Very clean, cozy and hygienic spot. However, their hot drinks are not really hot when served and their wraps are way too pricey. I tried the vegetable wrap for 8.99 plus tax! not worth at all for that value.
Unfortunately, racism and discrimination on the part of the manager ruined my experience in this place. These types of degrading attitudes are unacceptable in modern society. We are all equal, no more mistreatment of black people and migrants in this type of public establishment, we are on an equal footing and rights. I'm not going back to that place, it has been my worst experience in Canada. ????♂️
My husband and I were looking for a cafe and found this one . How quickly my amazing first impression changed . My husband and I were having a conversation in our native language (Spanish ), just like everyone else in the establishment. What it look like the manager or owner came to us and in front of the entire restaurant told us that we were being loud , to keep it down , multiple times. We were in shock, and felt so indiscriminated against. My husband a newcomer to this country has never experience such a level of indiscrimination and racism. I have never been experience anything like this for the way I talk. We got up , and left right away not being able to enjoy what it was already a pricey coffee and cake. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
Great cozy cafe in downtown Milton. Love their Asiago BLT & soup combo and breakfast combo. Kind and friendly staff. Would love to visit again!
Just jumped in to grab coffee and something for breakfast. Coffee is fine,had a dark roast and a western bagel. Very tasty, a little slow foe a bagel and no one else to serve, on a busy day could se UT backing up very quickly but this is a small thing, just used to everything trying to be done as fast as possible everywhere now makes people impatient. But just a few minutes. Bagel was very tasty though. Peppers, onion, ham, egg cheese and bacon. Toasted nicely and very tasty.
