Fun fun fun!Also they are running a great deal, my 4 kids did 2 hrs of bowling for $18!! Another 30$ for arcade fun.Very clean, large venue and helpful staff. The shoes also didnot stink, which is always a bonus. They also have an escape room. How awesome is that? I didn't even know it existed.Definitely going again soon.
Go literally anywhere else.Brought a group of friends/family here for the "VIP bowling experience" and it was thoroughly garbage. For one, the place is horribly understaffed. There was one waitress serving the entire bar/restaurant area, and only two staff handling the arcade/bowling. Our "VIP" area was a garbage dump (probably due to being understaffed), and the bowling was buggy beyond reason. We paid for two hours but gave up after one. Pins not resetting between turns, computers moving people's turns from one lane to another at random, turns in random order, one person selected bumpers but the bumpers came up and went down at random for everyone.I'll give it two stars just because it could, hypothetically, be worse.If management is reading this: grow some balls, staff the place properly, and fix your equipment.
Had my sons birthday party here on the weekend. Staff was outstanding, food was so delicious, and the kids had a ton of fun, also did the escape room inside the building! we will be back.
Personally I cannot understand why champs assigns lanes in the way it does.There are only three lanes in use and they are all side by side. It would a be better experience if sharing ball racks was for busy times and not the norm.Otherwise a great place to bowl! Definitely on the pricey side but its worth the full experience!

Great place to bring the kids or even just a night out with the wife. Bowling, pool, arcade games, escape room and a bar all under one roof south fun. Food is good and prices are reasonable. Two thumbs up!!
If you are looking for a place to have your child’s birthday party definitely put this on the top of your list! We had one here and did the escape room and bowling. Daniel and his staff ensured that everything went smoothly and we were given amazing treatment. He ensured every 15-30 minutes everything was going well and all of the things we needed were in place. Despite it being busy we never felt like we were not the priority. Daniel is amazing and be sure to have him help you plan your next party at this venue. Both the kids and adults will have fun!
Beware of the misleading "Family Entertainment Centre", large video screens on the bowling lanes playing music videos of nearly naked women grinding on each other. Might expect this at an adult or sports bar, but parents should be aware of this if they're taking kids bowling at this 'family-friendly' location. No waiters taking orders for drinks or food at the lanes, you need to stop bowling (and losing your time) to place an order. Emailed the owner using info on the website, no response.

Disgusting! So unsanitary! Half the gaming machines didn’t work! No staff anywhere to control some of the wild kids that were throwing basketballs from one end of the facility to the other! The prizes are empty cabinets! Don’t bother with the bar, no one is there to seat you or acknowledge you! We left because we waited and no one served us! I even emailed the GM and he didn’t seem to care that his facility is run down! Very sad because it has potential! I would never go back or suggest this place to anyone!!!
