We recently arranged a small wedding anniversary party for 40 people and ordered a food, food came before anticipated time, food items and quantity was great than expected, everyone loved the food especially nicely cooked biryani, lollipop chicken. It was great experience as we live in east end and food all the way came from Milton. We were bit skeptical but cafe taken care of everything. Thank you guys for making our small party great.
The past weekend went and got breakfast puri combos, once home found a mousquito in the halwa, called the resturant to complain, although they refunded what I had paid, they were very casual about the whole thing , found that to be very disturbing.
Halal food offering all kind of Subcontinent food items. Very good quality. Very famous for mixing orders so always keep check your order before payment. We all are saying because we know them since day 1 of their opening in Milton
By far the best Chicken Biryani I have had in Milton. The chicken is perfectly cooked and the flavor of spices is just amazing.Chicken Biryani here comes in 3 sizes. Small , Medium and Large.We got two mediums for 4 people. It was more than sufficient. The portion size is huge.There is a huge spread there for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food.The medium size Biryani is for 8.99 dollars. Completely worth it!
Very poor customer service. Unapologetic staff. I like their food and I've ordered from the place via Uber Eats but most times my order would come without utensils despite stipulating that on my order. My last order via phone was 1151am 04 July 2022 and the attendant told me it would be ready in about 25 minutes. I went there and waited in the parking lot. Got into the Cafe by 1240pm, the attendant told me it'll be ready in 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes after observing customers coming in making fresh orders and getting them in good time. I asked the lady if they were just preparing my order and she mumbled something. I told her she should have advised I come in to make my order instead of telling me 25mins, that it's just few minutes to the end of my lunch break (12-1pm. The next thing she said was "I can refund your money if you want".. Not patronizing there again. Guess they have preference for a particular background
Did the catering for 30 people. Taste was good but quantity wasn't enough specially for Bbq item and kheer. Almost half people didn't get the chance to eat sweet dish (Tray was too small)
One of the food place that I can say serves QUALITY FOOD. I come here again and again because of the quality food, great taste and reasonable price. CHECK OUT there small party packages, they are great too! I have catered food from here several times and guess what? Every time the quality and taste was as great as other time I had before.
Went here for dinner - poor customer service and was charged 10% gratuity automatically for a party of 1Be aware - check your bill twice. I have no problem tipping but when it’s poor customer service where I have to chase the staff to take my order, bring take out containers, etc it’s not well deserved.Suggest management to hire more people if they’re too busy. If you’re dining here - check your bill twice for unexpected charges! Food was mediocre.
- FOOD POISONING -ordered butter chicken curry and chana daal curry and have suffered since. We all had severe food poisoning from eating this food.We called the restaurant and were told that the manager will call us to follow up … the manager never called us back to even apologize.This restaurant needs to take better precautions for customer safety and care, being busy is no excuse for poor quality. We will not be eating from Zauq again.
Not Happy the owner has raised the price for each dish by 3-4 dollars the menu prices are covered not clearly displayed. I paid over $150 dollars for items at other restaurants would cost not more than $100This restaurant is scamming the customers by ripping off customers, while at the restaurant other customers were shaking their heads when they saw their bills. Save you’re money and go to another restaurant just compare the item/dishes with the other restaurants in the area and you will see you are been RIPPED OFF.
