Not impressed with the quality of food. I have had their Lucy juicy on fire from the Dixie location it was 100 times better. I thought I try it at Milton location as it was close by when I was in the area. The burger patty was dry and the filling was not even much inside. Really disappointed. I would suggest go to the Dixie location. It has not disappointed me in the past 4 years
Good burger, the machine is my favourite at this place. Be prepared to get messy. But its delicious.
I'm standing at this location right now as I type this review. Just ordered three simple burgers. Was told 20 minutes. Came back, after 20 minutes, was told 10 more minutes. Came back 15 minutes later, was told its almost done, 2 more minutes. Saw the lady put our burger patties in the grill right in front of me at that time! People who ordered after me, got their order and left the restaurant.The lady cooking the burgers is extremely slow. Another customer just came up saying her fries and burger were all cold.Not sure what's going on at this location but it's a real horrible place. Compared to when it opened, this has gone downhill so bad, I don't know how they're still open.
Ive brought my entire team of employees here consistently over the last summer. Food is great but customer service could be a bit better. Be clearer about your vaccination and dine-in policy for under 12s. Don’t put up a sign that says only over 12s have to show proof of ID and vaccination, and then have your employee tell me my 12 year old niece doesn’t look 12 and needs to provide ID and vaccine proof anyways. Is it the legal age you go by or only if they appear under 12?

Amazing burgers and fantastic people. I was getting late and they told me, don’t worry, we would open the shop till you arrive. Excellent customer services. No doubts, burgers are delicious and fresh. It has a decent sitting arrangements and free parking in front of the restaurant. They are following COVID-19 protocols. Keep up the good works guys.
