Waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table at all (the restaurant wasn’t busy. I counted 5 other tables). The food was good. Big menu with lots of options. Kids meals decent as well. Ordered a side of onion rings and it comes coved one hot sauce with no mention of it in the menu. I like spice but not all over my onion rings when I’m not expecting it. Washrooms were awful. Only One stall had toilet paper and the door to that stall didn’t have a lock.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location. First off on Father’s Day I was able to reserve a table for 19 people which was so greatly appreciated. Next the staff were so wonderful with us from making accommodations for children and nut allergies. Our waitress Nora (I think that was her name I’m so sorry if it’s not) was amazing she made she to check in us multiple times throughout our meal and was so friendly. She even went above and beyond by seeing us off before we left! The food was so yummy and the portion size was amazing! Thank you so much for making our Father’s Day one to remember!
We had a team outing and Aman was so accommodating, friendly and helped us decide on menu. Very clean, very yummy and the presentation was excellent!!
This place fell off. Used to be packed in the bar area on Saturday nights. Especially during leafs and jays games. Just a couple of Saturdays ago there wasn't a soul in the building at 10pm. No regulars, nobody. Eventually handed menus and had our drink orders taken. After our drinks were done we waited and waited while the kids running the place sat on their phones. Paid our drink bill and moved on to another establishment to eat. It's almost as if the staff wants the place to be empty so they can go homePoor service to say the least. I used to love this place.
The experience wasn't great, but I do appreciate the owner's quick response to my rating. Waitress did do a great job, but I found other areas a bit weak (long time to get initial visit with menus, environment, table condition and some food quality). Perhaps an off day / lack of staff. I will fill out the full survey request.
When we walked in there was a really nice hostess, Linsey ready to seat us. We also had a great waiter Kal. When he got busy, Linsey stepped in and made our wait shorter. Awesome work guys, really impressed!
My sister and I ordered Boston Pizza for her birthday and we were very disappointed. Not only did the food take 1.5 hours to deliver but our order was not satisfying. 1) she's a vegetarian and asked for chicken tacos with chicken on the SIDE (so I can eat it) but they put it in the tacos which ruined her appetite to begin with. 2) the taco was soggy and the lettuce was brown with a stale taste. I'm wondering how long the tacos were sitting there before delivered. I regret ordering BP from this location on her birthday. Will not be ordering here again. I hope no one has to experience this especially on their birthday.Update: Manager contacted me and advised me that they are at not at fault and it is only skips fault for the late delivery time which I understand. However it doesn't explain why I had chicken in my tacos and my lettuce was brown. It's been over a week and the manager is not willing to respond to my concerns. Disappointing and unprofessional.
We ordered take out here on a Friday night and we didn't have to wait too long. The food was ready in 20 minutes and the person who took the order was very friendly and helpful. The food was also packaged well for the ride home and even though it's winter it did retain some of its heat. He ordered to pizza (herbivore pizza) and wings combo. We also ordered the cactus fries and spinach and artichoke dip. We were only 3 people and this meal lasted us 3 days. I really liked the pizza and that they have the meatless crumbles. The cactus fries were my favorite but they're always a crowd pleaser. I was a bit disappointed by the spinach and artichoke dip since it was dry and very dense, but I think it probably would have been better at the restaurant. Look forward to our next takeout night here!
Worst food!!!!! Ordered dinner for 4, the ribs had no taste and no bbq sauce, there was barely enough fries for 4 people, the boxes with fries were almost empty. The hungry carnivore, did not have any pepperoni or sausage and no meat balls, the mints were actually pieces of beef patty for their burgers. Not to mention everything was cold , definitely will not order from here anymore. Just wasted almost $150. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, was very disappointed.
Ordered the chicken Parm dish. Was told the veggies were broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Only got broccoli which was dry and overdone. Garlic toast was not even properly toasted and soggy.We waited so long for the food too and the staff didn't give us our cutlery or napkins until after we got our entrees. But we had ordered a starter which was finger food. And when we got cutlery we were missing a fork in one of the bundles.Overall poor quality food and not great service. This location isn't worth visiting unfortunately.
