UPDATE: JULY 16, 2022

Downgraded to 1 star after business owner decides to respond by snapping back instead of improving their food quality and service.

- tiny bones in your food are a choking hazard. Address this before someone ends up in a hospital because you chose to be careless.

- improve your customer service. Your response to constructive criticism is indicative of how you treat & value your customers. I was planning to return, try again and was hoping to upgrade your ratings. You failed yourself!

- no one declined to pay your asking price. Just make it worth it. I never have issues paying for pricey food that's worth the experience. There hardly anything special about your food, except blatant exploitation!

I'm usually very generous with my reviews. Your response proves your business didn't deserve it.

=======

The biryani is relatively better than a few places in the GTA - so they get a GENEROUS two stars.

CAUTION: Loads of tiny bone pieces in biryani which could be choking hazard.

$11.99 for the glorified meat version of thick daal (that they called Haleem) is way too steep. Not worth anything over $6. Likewise, paying $2.25 for a regular naan that doesn't stay soft by the time you reach home might not be a good idea for many.

Suggestions:
Improve your customer service and be professional. It is a F&B business you're in (not a khala-ji-ka-kitchen) and customers pay for everything at your listed price. Focus on your shop's cleanliness, lighting and food presentation.

Will change rating when I notice change.

Had a good Chicken Biryani experience with Biryani Boyz. We had our friends come over for dinner. We got two large chicken biryanis. And everyone loved the taste. The rice was neatly cooked. The aroma was lovely. The price point is okay as well. They packed it very well and there was no spillage.Good experience!!

Go there frequently but probably not for long. Ask for spicy biryani twice telling them no white rice and they give you 50% white rice. I could cook white rice why am I paying $10 for this??!

We have been thinking of trying Biryani Boyz for a while now, and finally did tonight. We ordered 4 curries and naans, a rice and a dahl. The rice was cold, and really not very good. The naans were okay, and warm. The curries were all cold, and the butter chicken had a lot of oil floating on top, and had a runny, watery sauce. The Dahl was so cold, it seemed like it had come out of a refrigerator. Definitely disappointed. Our food cost over $100 altogether. We feel like we wasted our money. We won’t be back. The food didn’t taste very good, and didn’t taste fresh.

I've found that the Biryani here is one of a kind and definitely worth purchasing. Everything else whether it be the kabobs or chicken felt like they were bought frozen from a supermarket and warmed up in the microwave and served to you. Only reason I go here is for the chicken Biryani and that's the only thing I would recommend off their menu.

This is a small take out joint I came across in Milton on-route. Placed the order over the phone and was ready by the time I went to pick it up.It has limited menu items but all of them seem to be at par or even better than some big name restaurants in the area.If you crave Beef paya, this is the joint that has it.Their Mutton biryani was good, not too oily not spicy and had tons of flavor. Nihari was also good not extremely spicy as well. The owners are very helpful with order selections and they do have ready made items that looked fresh for take out.

Nihari was a great choice. Very thick and not watery like other places. Chicken samosas are too good. I also happened to try their masala pakora while waiting for food. Very well done. Legitimate pakistani style! I placed my order on phone and picked up on time and it was ready. Great customer service. Will definitely try other things on the menu as well.

I have been here a couple of time when I am in Milton. It's the best Biryani I had around here. Not so spicy and tastes good. Even kids can eat without issues. It's a good option for takeout. Price is also reasonable.I would recommend anyone who is into Biryani.

Ordered halwa puri, after eating it; thinking to my self why this place is still in business. It’s a joke, please please don’t throw your money here!Reply to the owner,English breakfast lol, now you are joking.I have posted pictures for people to see and judge.
