The staff is very friendly and patient in understanding the order. I always love to visit the store.
Ordered a large bucket of ice cream with 4 distinct flavours. Then they let us know they have no lids and scoopt it into 2 smaller containers. We now have one brand new flavour in each. Sort of like mush. No discount offered. No desire to go back
Creature creations for the win! An adorable shark inspired ice cream cup. Also available in turtle and dolphin with your choice of ice cream. My lil one loved it. And there was plenty to go around for all 3 of us! We’d get it again
I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream you can never go wrong. I always have the same order all the time but I get charged differently every time. Also need to.work on the chocolate fudge.
They don't have a good pista flavor. Everything else is fine.
Avoid the waffle cones for now.. They have one of the soggiest cones I have ever seen. The sales associate did warn me about it and reasoned frequent door opening and closures are the cause and they aren't Stale. Could be.. You have been warned.They have the beach themed ice cream, my kids took them, they come with only one scoop and there isn't a way to add a second flavor apparently. So unless you fancy a headband and a themed cookie just get two scoops in normal cup.
One star just because of bad customer service they didn't ask for napkins, while my order was ready n melting, I had asked can I please have napkins and it felt like I was asking for a free ice cream with their reactions. They were in a rush to get rid of us which is weird. I would've given another star for the flavor of ice cream but customer service comes first anywhere. 3 ladies serving but no polite gesture. Even if the quality of their product is how it is supposed to be because of service I wouldn't go back again.
Ice cream had freezer burn taste and ice chips in the mix.
Worst experience ever. Can anyone imagine that employers there are working without wearing gloves! They keep touching everything and then touch the cone itself, not the wrapper!The person who was making our ice cream was wearing a dirty mask and he kept touching it while making our ice cream! I was shocked and talked to the lady asked her to make our ice cream herself because I am not taking the old ones.Please you should follow the safety instructions, people’s health is not a joke
