Ordering from this location in the night shift is actually a nightmare. My most recent order took around an hour for a couple of buddy burgers and English muffins. I have seen reviews with regard to the poor night shift experience, how has this not been dealt with?
Haven’t been to A&w in a while, maybe since 2020. It’s not one of the fast food places I would usually go to, not sure why because it’s probably a better choice than the other fast food chains.Anyways, I saw the “Best Burger Ever” Burger. The collaboration with Matty Matheson. I wanted…No, I needed to try it. It’s the best burger ever according to their marketing team, well guess what. I’ll be the judge of that.The burger was most likely the best fast food chain burger that I’ve yet to experience - in Canada. The burger has prime rib ground beef, garlic aioli, fried pickles, and caramelized onions, on a brioche bun. It was actually so good that while writing this review I’m contemplating getting it tomorrow for lunch. The only thing I wish they did was add one more fried pickle (personal preference). I’m also usually not a fan of caramelized onions but it goes well on this burger. 5/5 for the burger - good job A&w.I also got the poutine, I like their fries, they’re soft and the light gravy goes well with the soft fries. They also use real cheese curds.All in all, I would usually give A&w maybe 3 or 4 stars, but this burger was phenomenal. It’s a limited time burger, so keep that in mind. I don’t know the condition of the A&w location or customer service as someone picked it up for me.
I always come here for breakfast! Faiza and Harman always make me the most tasty and freshest food when I come in such nice staff they have at this location!!
Rude staff… cold meal and doesn’t taste very good go anywhere else but here

They completed made a mistake on both my meals here and when I called the let them know, they told me they would replace the error. I went there today and the staff said they had no record of it even though the person I talked to took my name and number. I was sitting waiting while they texted their manager and they kept coming back saying the same thing. I asked them what I should do, call customer service? And the girl said yep you can go now and shut the window on me and then all the employees disappeared like they were hiding… they were incredibly rude and this is extremely bad customer service. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life. I will definitely escalate this! Nobody should be treated badly when the establishment makes the mistakes.

Almost every time we order from here they Uber eats the order is wrong ! Once again tonight one of us won’t have our burger to eat
