My friend and I went to the FMP Yunshang rice noodles today, we ordered 2 noodles and two sides, also asked for 1 bowl of extra noodles to shareAfter the meal we asked for take out boxes to pack the leftover snacks and leftover soup homeThe waitress told us that we asked for additional noodles so we weren't allowed to take the noodles soup home. She said we could only pack the soup and that we had to literally strain the noodles out of the soup and leave the noodles hereIts not like we ordered crazy amount of extra noodles. We also ordered two sides too so its not just noodles! Like come on now...
I am mom did went to there for 3 times and loved this place so much. However both of us got problem after tried original & tomato noodles there today (family day) for lunch, I had diarrhea half hour later after the launch and my mom got a little bit abdomen painful couple of hours after the launch. Really not sure why ? My mom wouldn't try there anymore and I will try 1+ time.Here is the update: Thanks the owner's response for willing to address. It happened in New Kenndy Square instead of The First Markham Place, sorry for putting the review in wrong place...We ordered an Original Rice Noodle Soup + Tofu & an Tomato Rice Noodle Soup on 20220221 around 13:30. Not sure how to pull the review to the site of The Kenndy Square, so have to leave it here, it will be appreciated very much if you can help to pull or pass the message to them.We are fine now and do hope 云尚米线 having a good business and lasting for a long time.I went to 云尚米线 again today to have a 酸菜鱼米线，it tasted nice and no issue at all after back to home. Highly recommend it, worth to try for sure. THANKS FOR THE SERIVCE.
Soup base are tasty and come in variety of flavors. Unlimited refills of rice noodles is bonus! Lol ?
Excellent and warming noodle soups on a cold day in a clean, modern setting. We enjoyed the original noodles, chili chicken with peanuts, and smoked pig feet (something new for me). The chili chicken was particularly good, having a nice kick without being too overwhelmingly spicy, and still maintaining other flavours in addition to the spice. Prices were very reasonable, and portions were generous and shareable. Service was also quick, and we were never rushed to order or finish our food and pay. Note that cash and debit are only accepted.

They had around 6 tables for groups of 4 to dine inside. One table in the middle can be arranged as pick-up for their delivery orders.They have a relatively okay ordering system. You scan their QR code, make sure the table's number is there and forced to leave your name and phone number. In a way, it's contact tracing and ordering all in one. Unfortunately, we tried to ask a waitress and she didn't let us order traditionally. Be careful not to click the pick-up option when placing your order.Food was delivered pretty promptly through their ordering system! We had the Original style of the "Crossing The Bridge Rice Noodle", which came with the set of items to place into your boiling hot bowl of soup base. It also comes with free noodle refill as well. Their "Rice Noodle Soup in Hot Pot" are also huge in size! My order of Tomato Rice Noodle Soup with Beef Slices and Enoki Mushroom was ridiculously huge. (My current phone is 6" but the bowl was around 1.5x my screen size.) We also ordered side dishes of Potato Slice with Chili & Garlic Sauce, Salty Popcorn Chicken and Taiwan Style Sausages. All were pretty good!

Very fast service. The waiters are very kind. Online ordering very fast and efficient. Would recommend.
Average price and noodle base portion is huge but not a lot of toppings. Recommend the tomato soup base.Got take out and wait time is acceptable.The take out container is sturdy and nicely packed.
Soup is always tasty and hearty and noodles gave the best bouncy texture. Price is very reasonable and I love the concept of having side dishes and throwing it in the hot soup. There’s an option to refill noodles during dine-in but I’m always too full to order more. Can’t wait to come back to dive-in!
Clean interior, great food, and friendly service!! First time trying out “Crossing the Bridge” noodles and i’m definitely a fan!
