Great lobster combo meal! Very reasonable and affordable pricing for lobster. Best Chinese lobster I’ve ever had. Fresh from thr tank. Chicken is also the best in Toronto, which is included in the combo. Overall really good.
Had the $88 4-6 persons combo which comes with 6 dishes that includes steam fish and 2 lobsters. What a treat! Portions are amazing, they did not cheap out on quality, service is great and everyone is satisfied. (Fish not pictured)
First time at this relatively new restaurant. The interior is modern and relatively clean. The service is pretty good for a Chinese restaurant (IMO).We opted for their lunch specials which are offered from 11am to 3pm.I ordered L11 Chicken with Ginger Onion on Rice, $7.99 (comes with house soup). They say the chicken is free-run chicken. For the price, it is a great deal to get a massive plate of white rice, some vegetables and some protein (eating relatively nutritious and on a budget at a restaurant - can't ask for more). The chicken is cooked through, very tender and based on the size, appears to be free-run chicken.A lot of other tables were chowing down on their seafood specials - take a look at the menus!
My previous review was for takeout. I had the pleasure of a dine-in experience earlier this evening. The food was superb. We had the crab and lobster meal for 6. You won’t be disappointed. Both cooked to perfection ?Fast, friendly and courteous staff.
Ordered takeout in Sunday lunch time. They were busy and short staffed. You can feel the chaos inside from ordering to cleaning table. The shop setup is a bit weird. They setup a table in front of the cashier and the table is shielded with plexiglass. You don’t see the cashier when you enter the store but you need to go to cashier to order take out. Aside from these chaos the food was great for a very competitive price. Will come back for more. Hope they can keep up the good work and rethink the shop arrangement.
Ordered lunch takeout. Ordered a beef satay fried noodle and a curry beef brisket rice with a HK milk tea.Their beef satay was 5/5, great flavor, great wok breath.Their curry beef brisket was a 4/5 - it was good, not the greatest I've had but still good.Their milk tea was fantastic. Comparable to Marathon.Service was good and efficient. They take all forms of payment. Great value for that price. Would go again.
Recently opened Hong Kong style restaurant in this plaza. Prices are quite competitive and they have a good variety of food in their menu. They also have lobster specials and lunch specials as well. Food comes out quick and the staff here are quite friendly.
Ever write any review for any restaurant but I have to write this one.By mistake order a wrong menu, I have no problem to order another one for what I like and pay for the order I made mistake. However the service is bad, she came to me right away say we are not return you anything with very bad tone. I did not even ask for return. The approach was horrible.Unhappy with a trial of a meal here.
Prices are quite standard with a few only specialty or signature dishes like Oysters in balachan and maggi sauce. We order the lunch set for $48 where they cooked two different dishes out of a 1.5lb Sea bass. Fried Belly with maggi sauce which was ok with the meat not well seasoned becoming a bland tasteless meat. Congee with the fresh meat but tasted bland and no salt or favor. Chefs get 2/5. Then there was also the Fried Ho Fun with bean sprout and green veggie. This was flavorful and best in Scarbourough. Kudos to this chef. Over rated for a restaurant 2/5
Don't be too excited with this 'soft opening' rest. It's hard to run a business that can't earn money but have to know where to skim. Portions are small with big restaurant (chandeliers kind) price, esp. ordered rice. Food is OK but nothing exceptional. Service is generally good.
