Great little place tucked in behind DQ. Wouldn't know it was there except for the Groupon deal I had. Very friendly girl at the counter. Nice service and good quality drinks. I'd go back for a treat since the drinks do add up as an expense at $7.95 for some of the drinks. Their name when I bought the Groupon was Yo Tea but apparently they've gotten rebranded to Urban Cova as of today (Dec 22, 2021)
Been looking for a new sit down bbt place and glad I found YoTea. Fruit teas are amazing! (haven't tried other drinks YET but bet they are good as well). Great attention to detail, cup even comes with a fork for you to dive in to fruits in drink.
They've always got friendly service over here, and I've been here quite a few times already. They never disappoint! They have a lot of interesting drinks and it's pretty much become my favourite bubble tea place... a little dangerous, ahahah. Thank you!

One of my new favorites when it comes to drinks. Their green reserve tea is very tasty and refreshing. Coupled with fresh fruits makes for a great treat or dessert. Highly recommended!
Great teas available to accommodate everyone’s preferences! I really enjoyed their oat milk tea (oat milk made in-house with oats in the drink itself) as well as their mango slush. They also offer fruit teas full of chunks of fruit that can be eaten; quite a different product from what you would expect at a tea shop. I will definitely be visiting again to try other drinks.
Service always friendly and courteous, I’m here just about every week because they make great drinks that are always fresh and made to order. Location is not as noticeable at first but they have parking at the back so it’s never an issue once you find the place. Keep up the great work and I will still be dropping by when I’m in the area.
