My friends and I got the Strawberry Lime Oolong Tea, Matcha Tea Latte and the Oolong Tea Latte. The drinks are pretty solid, I believe the first time I got it.. The Oolong didn't taste that great, but I think they changed it up as it tasted so much better this time! The staff member that helped us today suggested different types of dairy for one of our tea lattes as I am allergic to lactose and even recommended some drinks that he has tried before. He also cleaned up a table before we sat down and brought the drinks to our table.We enjoyed our time there, the staff is extremely kind and made us feel comfortable during our stay. I will definitely come back next time.
Signature Tea Latte with Coconut tapioca and low sugar is really good! Rare to see good quality organic milk and loose tea leaves used at bubble tea place.
Friendly and patient staff. Nice and spacious and clean interior.Drink was made well. Decided to dine in and the tearista did bring my drink over which was a nice touch as he didnt have to.Was disappointed that they didnt have taro for the day as it was the drink i really wanted, but I guess I cant fault the place too much for that. (would deduct 0.5 for that but giving its a 5 star rating and no half stars, i'm happy to give it 5).Drink was well crafted. The signature milk tea was nice in that they had a hint of lychee from the black tea they used. The drink is mixed with condensed milk, so even with no sugar it was definitely sweeter than just plain milk. Tapioca was well cooked and perfectly al dente with a good amount of chew. I ordered a hot and the temperature was perfect.Bad thing about this location is the parking as it can be pretty packed (probably from the hair salon). Good for takeout!
The staff were friendly and fast, I ordered an Okinawa milk tea and it was not worth the price for me personally. It tasted ok at best.The shop also closed its entrance from the side of the plaza so you have to walk all the way around just to access the entrance which is quite annoying.
Great, ambient location to catch up and study! Baristas are friendly and helpful. Drinks are overall good and well-prepared. Quiet, spacious, and bright. The caramel toffee milk tea and Okinawa milk tea were quite good (ordered minimal sugar, still quite sweet!).
The staff have always been super friendly every time I come here! The tea is good too! I'd say worth your money if you are a part of their rewards program.
Decided to pick up a drink here since I ordered takeout from a restaurant in the same plaza. The overall experience was good (server was quick and knowledgeable), but it was annoying that only the south-facing door was open. Coming from the other side of the plaza, I had to walk all the way around the building to enter, and then all the way around again to get to my car.I ordered the Marble Fresh Taro Tea Latte, and added tapioca. The texture of the tapioca was nice - just enough chewiness, and not overly sweet. I love taro, so it was nice having actual taro in the drink. It’s too bad they close at 7pm. I often want order bubble tea as dessert after dinner.
Nice tea shop with the loveliest interior decor and vibe. Great place to sit and chat for a bit while enjoying some bubble tea. Drinks themselves are good. I tried the strawberry oolong tea and it was rather bland, but some people may like the mostly oolong tea flavour. The pearl latte drink was delicious.
The local Starbucks closed at Hwy 7 so came here to try it out. The tea latte was good. But would be nice if a tea shop sold snacks or dessert of some sort. Also the barista could be less cranky.
Staff will patiently explain drink options to you. I've only had a few things off the menu, but enjoyed what I've tried so far.
