I will never come here again. Our food took 40 minutes to come. I couldn’t find the ketchup bottle nor was one offered. The tables around me were all dirty cluttered customers left tables had not been cleaned up. I had to go find the waitress for another drink. I had to find the waitress for the bill. Never did the waitress come to check on us. The hamburger meat was so tough hurt my teeth , the chicken poutine although it says mild on the menu my son could not eat it. It was way too spicy with an orange colour ? He didn’t even want to eat any of it. What a waste of our time & money. Left and went to KFC. That’s how bad it was . I wish I could get a refund. Please speed up the service here !!! You were not even busy. They looked half asleep working
I went there recently and the service was terrible. I waited almost 30 mins for my wing order and the staff did not check in. Not only was the wait long, the wings were hard and tiny. Again, staff did not check in to ask how it was tasting like other locations tend to do. I have never seen such small wings in my life. I really like wild wings but the experience here WAS NOT IT. Will NOT return to this location and will prefer to eat at an All stars or St. Louis for wings going forward.
The bar counter was so sticky that I had to place paper towel down so I can place my phone down. Take 10 minutes and properly clean the bar counter. Would also appreciate proper Guinness glass to pair with my Guinness, not a Coors light glass. Generally, friendly staff, but slightly unorganized. In fairness, I'm not rating this based on food, which I'm sure is very good.
Went for dinner last night at 8 pm with 7 other friends. Placed our orders within 5 minutes since we were all fasting and wanted our food to be ready soon. Our meal arrived an hour after we placed the order, the wings were all over cooked and very hard to bite into. Our fries were extra crispy and the sweet potato fries were practically burnt.The waitress didn't have the greatest attitude in the beginning, she was the only one working as well. I've been visiting this location for many years and I've never personally had such horrible experience ever.
I come to this wild wing all the time, it's low key and friendly, my food always comes fast and anytime I have a problem they fix it right away.Nicest server ever too super funny and sweet i literally see people come in just to sit at her bar.If you're in the area great place to pop in and get a drink and wings.
So I usually love wild wings because they have halal options and that’s a game changer … but we were there as a small group last night and they only had one server for the whole place. She was flustered and had an air pod in her ear, quite unprofessional and all of our wings were sooooo over cooked (not her fault of course)… we told her about it and she said it’s because their normal chef didn’t show up… she had two peoples wings recooked - but there were 8 of us and everyone had burnt wings… looks like this place doesn’t have a back up chef nor enough staff working for them. The waitress apologized and felt bad, but I find that it’s more the owners fault than anything by over working one staff instead of hiring two people as servers… how can she do bartending, serve, cash people out etc all on her own? PatheticI wouldn’t go back to this location for this reason, you’ll get bad service and burnt food.
Took my son for wings, it was a long wait. Fountain pop as flat and after I drank half my drink realized that the cup was really dirty …. On the inside…. ? . The food was decent but probably will go to another location from now on.
Customer service was horrible. Drinks were made wrong. They did not have sour cream for my nacos and did not get informed about till I got my food and to my surprise no sour cream. The owner then said the order never came in and the waitress does not know what happens In the kitchen. Food was cold waited 45 minutes for my food and they were not busy. Will never go back to this location. I had to wipe my table as it was dirty. Not a clean restaurant.
I've been going to this location every Tuesday for the past 2 months and the wings have been incredibly delicious every time. Their service and staff are super friendly! Highly recommend.
I think that the customer service here was really great and it really made up for the food. I thought that the wings were underdressed and little dipping sauce was given so it was kind of different to have. The wings were really tender, almost too tender to the point of having a weird texture. H
