Came here for the Dave single and the chicken burger. Substituted the drinks with the strawberry lemonade and water lemonade (gave plain lemonade). Also substituted one of the fries with bake potatoes with chive and sour cream.This location always serve the food at a fast pace unlike McDonald close by which has a terrible traffic and pickup spot.
Food was ok. Fries weren't very hot but the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good.
Serveice was fast, staff at the counter however was not very friendly. We wouldn't hear him through the mask and asked several times if he could speak up a bit. After asking three times and still couldn't make out what he was saying we just got the glare lol. Maybe the poor guys was having a bad day having to serve all the school kids.
Came here to pick up something that was ordered about 14 minutes…58 minutes after arrival they finally had the food prepared. So much for fast food! Poorly managed.
one of my all time favourite fast food chains - food is never frozen, excellent meals and love the variety of beverage selections (too indecisive and can never decide on just one — feels like i’m at the movies haha). their staff is very patient and friendly, amazing customer service. will be coming often.
This place is full of Indian staff and stupid slow to serve clients. We had to wait more than 40 minutes on the drive way and people are crazy yelled at the window, but nobody care about the customers. Never come back
Went to the drive thru to get my baconator combo. They were nice and quick.
Wendy's burgers always seem to be overdone. Nicely garnished, but the beef patties are dryyyyyy.
Service is slow. They do not have a good system of preparing mobile orders. I went to the drive through line, told them I was here to pick up a mobile order and was asked to drive right to the second window. I sat there for 10min and they finally prepared the order for the car behind me. They had no idea I was there to pick up my mobile order. No one monitors the drive through window. Bad communication and bad management of the place. People are very clueless there.Despite the slow and terrible service. The food tasted good. Therefore the two stars. If you are in a hurry and your life depended on it. Do not come here.
There was only one reason(one star) everything was fresh and hot because we all had to wait, o, a good 15 minutes in the drive-thru and THEN after checking our order, we get a burger with no burger? eek, check your orders, folks, no matter where you go when it comes to the drive-thru ?
