Have a birthday reward, spent 10 minutes in line for this incredibly slow worker to serve one person, to be told their system isn’t working and I cannot redeem anything.He had the audacity to tell me to just pay this time and get the reward another time, as though they don’t expire. He told me to come back another day to waste more of my time.Ridiculous
Platter was overly salty, portions were uneven. Look at the amount of tabouleh compared to the rest of the platter. The tabouleh was just parsley. Garlic sauce looked like glue. Some garlic potatoes were so salty that I wasn’t able to finish my platter. Also the chicken and beef were dry and hard as rock.
I know everyone is hating on the food but i personally as an arab person love. it. The only complaint i have is sometimes the chicken is really hard and i have to spit it out but it makes sense because it’s spinning and it usually isn’t very busy with the virus. Anyways very kind staff love them all and the daily special always hits good ! I can’t speak for anything other than the daily chicken shawarma plate special. but dangggg is it good. I always get coleslaw, garlic potatoes both rices chicken turnip and pickles. mmmmmm I only wish they were open right now (3AM). Alright end of PSA. love the food
Avoid at all costs.I don't know where to start. The food here is a joke.Their tabbouleh looks like they took a few whole ingredients, pulsed it in a food processor for a few seconds and called it a day. It lacks any flavor aside from juices produced by the parsley, tomato and cucumber mixture. It does includes cucumbers which are not typical for this salad, but that's really up to personal preference.Their chicken shawarma is either chunks of fat or crisped pieces of "meat" that are about as solid as a rock. Completely flavorless to boot. I wouldn't assume their beef is much different.Same goes for their rice and potatoes. Bland. They taste nearly the same funnily enough.They must've included the tiniest possible scoop of hummus and garlic. It took a bit to realize they included any at all. Not that it'd help much anyway.This location used to be great a few years ago. The owners must have changed or something. Now I would struggle to recommend this over McDonald's, if at all.

Very clean, delicious and fresh shawarma sandwich.
Their food isn’t even fresh. I ordered a chicken/salad plate with hummus & garlic and after 15 minutes, the garlic sauce texture went from being creamy and saucy to a mashed potato like texture.. I was so turned off, I threw away my food, not taking the chance.. this isn’t the first time their food wasn’t fresh ?
Does not follow uber eats order instruction. Below image must have been potatoes with shawarma but we got rice with shawarma.. suprise... guess what who doesn't love getting rice when they ask for otatoes!!!!!!!
My meat was burnt and super hard! The garlic potatoes will very very oily. I ordered through door dash and the restaurant didn’t even follow the request I put in. No utensils provided either.
Tried their today's special twice recently at Markville Mall location, generous portion at affordable price. Their chicken is very tender and delicious, fried potato is tender and yet firm right, salads and their sauces are good too, friendly staff. Will return to try their falafel.
