Their cheesecakes has a fluffy and soft texture with right amount of sugar, the original cheesecake comes in a small size which I think it's 5inch and they don't serve bigger, the price for this cake is increased to $14 which I think it's a lit bit overpriced, but the quality and packaging is good. And about this location, the staffs are so nice and friendly, but yesterday their system was down and only was accepteing cash.
They keep increasing the price of the cheese cake even though the quality isn’t the same. My cheese cake was a lot flatter than the ones I used to get a few years ago. Also, please fix your cash counting machine which doesn’t count properly and does not recognize some $2 coins. I also ended up paying 25 cent more since the machine didn’t count properly. Lastly, always give out spoons and napkins to your customers.
I bought an original cheesecake and a pack of madeleines yesterday. My wife got sick after eating a piece of the cheesecake. She got severe stomachache and diarrhea. We even heat it up before taking it. The madeleines tasted very bad. It irrigates our throats. We needed lots of water to wash it down. The experience was horrible. The quality has gone down hill.
Cheesecake that melts in your mouth like cloud! Not ashamed to admit that I can devour one whole cake in a sitting... Did not have to wait to order and received right away.
My wife loves Japanese cheesecake (and this is the first brand to bring it to Canada) and their cheese tarts are amazing warm and also cold. The girl at the counter yelled at me because I called it egg tarts instead of cheese tarts!!! Well, I think it's because English isn't her first language, so it came across differently...
Their fresh warm butter tarts just melts in the mouth…. I just love it
Light weight cheese cake
Uncle Tetsu's is one of the original Japanese Cheesecake in Toronto. Must try
Amazing cheesecake and the cheese tart with just right amount of sugar, which makes it delicious and healthy I guess?
Food is ok but staff is little irritating. I asked them if it's fresh baked and they say yes. I took it and it was barely warm. Second time I step in saw them cooking fresh ones and asked for fresh. This time they were like it's first come first serve so whatever is here. I told them I cam wait and they were like- even if you come after half an hour or hour you will get whatever is on table. I have tried store on orfus road down town but this place is bit different.
