Ordered through the mobile app and food took a very long time to be delivered. There was also no line so I don’t know why it took them so long. Also ordered 20 timbits but received 16. One of the workers was very friendly, which is what the single star is for.

The toilets of this branch are very, very dirty. We went and had coffee with friends a few times. Every time we saw the toilets very dirty. Isn't there someone in charge who ever checks these food places to see if they are clean? Why don't the authorities in the head office of this branch or the municipality they are affiliated with inspect them, especially at a time when we need cleaning more in this Covid-19 day? We don't go to this branch anymore.

This Tims is closest to my home so I come here often. When it’s not busy the Oder taking and products are fine. When it’s the weekend and/or other busy times, things a fall apart. Several items will be not be in stock, Oder taking is so slow and you can hear them talking to each other in the background. Worse is they will give you the wrong order. Perhaps better management skills and stocking is warranted for busy times.

The worst location. Every time there is some issue, food items not available, items missing, bad service, and the list goes on. Poorly managed store - the franchise really needs to figure this out. Better still head office should step in ! Will take my business to another location

I find the associates very friendly and this is why I gave 2 stars...but the owner here is a tool. He runs around barking at his staff and talking in his language which is very disrespectful as there is 1 non Indian working here...Pilar is amazing and she greets everyone but it's disrespectful for them to speak there Indian language near her. I came at 7 and was alone in the dinning room and all I could hear is the Indian wemon carrying on and screaming so loud....NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL PLACE.....

Be prepared to wait 15 min in the drive through if you come in the morning. I sure hope the owner of this franchise is making lots of money by not hiring 1 more person for the morning rush. This is making me consider putting a Keurig in my office. Literally the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been too. Update: after waiting for that long in the drive through found out they were out of oatmeal milk. Thanks for nothing.

I made mobile order but they couldn’t find order for 10 min. They checked my recipt for three times, it tooks time to pick up my orders but I was ok.

Not sure I can prove this but I bought a cold brew and I swear they give me ice coffee half the time. Look at this and see for yourself.
