Fast service! Friendly staff, working quickly and efficiently. A well-maintained location with lots of outdoor seating, very nice on a sunny day. You can't go wrong with the delicious pastries and sandwiches, especially if you're in a hurry. Order ahead on the mobile app during peak hours. Points are quickly redeemable for discounts.

Service is the worst. Stingy on some napkins. Are you kidding me some napkins? I've been asking for 5 min straight for napkins and salt and they are too busy socializing with others. When I go to get it myself she tells me ask me first and then I'll give. I was like what have I been doing. I left the napkins for her to keep since she was so territorial over things that dont even belong to her. So disappointing. Not returning here again!
Had Bagel toasted with herbs and garlic cream cheese. It was the best bagel I ever had.

I needed to use the internet and bought a coffee. But I couldn't get through the WAN. My coffee became meaningless. This often happens.I hope they increase user accounts.
Best location I tried yet in Toronto. Lovely service and great quality food, very friendly staff especially Askiya who prepared amazing food for us.

Although this location is always busy, but her hard work & dedication is at the peak. She always goes beyond to help the customers.
