Gas station corener of young and steels has time horton on it washroom is unclean needs upgrade

The worst tim hortons ever was there tonight we went rhrough the drive through but could not hear, then a guy came on and said whats your order we repeated, he then said then don't order here we, git to the window he said he don't care at the same time another customer inside poured his coffee on the same guy Frank. Franchise you could be making more money by just removing these rude people.

Zero star for the service. I ordered the coffee and asked for a glass of water and denied me and said $0.10 for cup of water … have been to Tim all over Canada but never had such a bad experience from employees. The worst part is everybody is same no one feels we are giving bad service …. Hey franchise owner please give orientation to your employees to be nice to customer because we are not buying anything for free.

TL;DR Don't come here if you're in a hurry ?Single-handedly the worst service of any fast food chain. Unfortunately this is the only Tim's on my route to and from work, so take it from someone who's a repeat customer ?Last night I had to bang on the glass to get someone's attention, otherwise I'd be waiting for more than fifteen minutes. Anyways, it's fine at night because I'm on my way home, and the bus can sometimes take a half hour to show up.This morning, like every morning, they ignore inside orders; not like the drive thru is much faster, anyways. Sometimes the line goes around the inside of the gas station, it's quite comical.Would strongly not recommend if you have to be somewhere fast. They're working on island time there.Side note: I worked fast food as my first job for a few years, so usually I'd feel some sympathy, but not so much in this case. ?

Went to this location in evening for some coffee and some tim biebs. Service was good but the tables were not cleaned properly.

Its worse the Tim Hortons ever!! When u order online and u expect it to be ready on the counter you still have to wait in line and they don’t answer you and the workers behaviour is not appropriate, they yell at you.

Why don't you cook the bacon before putting in my sandwich. I pay money for this? And potato wedges cold and hard.

It happened a few months ago, I placed a mobile order online and pick it up around 8:45. The staff told me the location is ready closed. I believe she was doing cleaning work and 1 more order could make her doing cleaning again. But I can’t cancel my order from my end. Eventually I got coffee after I ‘apologize’ ordering in an inoperative time… please update your time schedule if this location have decided to close early. Thanks

My husband and I got two coffee when going to work today, ( 29 October at 9am) . We got poisoned ? very bad. We had to be off to see the doctor. Im not ok yet my husband is sick badly, please tell your staff to care about people health. You have to check the kettle and dishes, cream and milk.
