Very nice, clean and well kept location. Bathrooms were clean. Dining area was spacious. Busy location but they were fast.
Mobile order only activates when you are at the location defeating the purpose of skipping the lines. You actually have to line up inside and say “I’m here for mobile order” for them to even start making the order. Drive thru is much faster
This is still a decent place to get quick food or drink. However, service is horrible. Often, there is no one at the counter to take your order. Workers are lazy and inefficient so you end up with long lines and waiting time. Mobile ordering is useless since no one prepares your order until you show them your order. Utterly baffled by the incapable staff.
I primarily go for coffee but a few days ago got an English muffin with egg, sausage, cheese. Really slapped together, cold muffin, cheese not melted. English muffin needs to be grilled/ toasted with butter to get up the healthy fat content. My aim is 70% calories from fat.
Food was good, service was terrible,waited 15 minutes for 2 farmers wraps. Ordered inside but they were only worried about the drive-thru
I lived in Canada for 22 years. Been to so many Timmy’s. This is worst store ever. I never had problems with other stores. But this drive through, Hard to get normal order. Anything could be happen. Bad service. Bad people with rude attitude. Mistake order a lots. Different taste happens a lots. Some times Ice coffee taste no sugar and sometimes taste so sweet. Three times leaking cups and leaking all over in my car. Slow service and mistake most of times. Sometimes Bagel over toast and butter all over on the paper. Anything could be happen here. So bad it close to my home. Sometime I even drive longer to other store. Other store always good.
UPDATERestaurant also does not attend to mobile orders. If you go to this Tim Hortons location, just join the main queue and don’t waste time waiting in the mobile order queue.Farmers fiesta wrap barely had any vegetables… no white chocolate…
They said my order would be ready in 5 minutes, but when I got there 10 minutes later they just started preparing it.
I go to this restaurant most days because it is close to my school and I can get food. They never give me ketchup though… so 4 stars
We like a lot eating out. Last night we went to this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a beautiful evening there with fine meal and a professional team and a distinguished cook. We added this place in our list and we shall definitely come back soon. We warmly recommend.
