I ordered a large steep tea and medium French vanilla cold brew. Everything is correct on the drive-thru screen. Then I got a medium steep tea and a small size Frech vanilla cap.

A reliable place to have a quick bite/drink. There are kiosks for you to skip the line and order on mobile, and they have a TV to visualize mobile orders. However, service is extremely slow and often mess up your order. Ordering online is, for the most part, useless since they don’t start preparing your order until you get there. Since this place is located near high schools, expect a crowded area during meal times (especially noon) when students come.
Horrible customer service. Rude staff did not even listen to me while I was orderingand then proceeded to cut me off. Would not give me extra cups even when I said i would pay for them. Completly messed up my order ( spend about $50 on a early Saturday morning )
We frequently go to this place.Today just 1 hr ago we went to the store, but after serving one chinese guy ahead, employee who was also chinese (short guy), didnt pay attention to us. There was no custumer ahead of us. I waited, thought he must be busy. Then I said "hello". But no reply. No courtey to say anything. Didn't even look at us. Then other Indian employee who was cleaning there, he also drew his attention..then chinese short guy without seeing at him rudely replied him that, "I m busy. You can see." He didn't care to reply us. Racist people.Then Indian employee put his cleaning work on hold and attended us. He was very nice. He also suggested us to download app to get points. I hope manager check all reviews and take some steps for better customer service. Some times some employee don't allow or give chance to newly joined coworkers to learn new things or let them do easy jobs such as serve customer, operate cash register and make them do cleaning work. They also don't respect new employees especially when they are from different community. They intentionally don't provide nice atmosphere, so it forces new employee to leave job. That's also I marked here.

These guys work fast which I appreciate but anytime i request an add on or anything else I never get it. For example the last 3 times I asked for added cheddar to my sandwich I was charged for it but didn't get it. I'm usually on my lunch break so there's no time to go back to have it corrected. I don't normally leave bad reviews but it's happened so much I felt the need to post. I only use this location when I'm at work because it's closest.
Horrible service, You're told to park so they don't damage their wait time for delivery which is completely false and then you're outside. Waiting for 10 minutes to receive a bagel with butter. I guess this is the new Tim Horton way...
Worse tims to go.. asked for tea triple triple, there is no sugar in it at all..Homestyle biscuit with cheddar, normally comes with 2 slices of cheddar these chrap people has only put one slice of cheddar ?.When someone goes through drive through they expect their order will be made properly, that person isn't going to be able to go ask for more sugar or ask them for a slice of cheese..People who works at tim hortons please remember you can either make or ruin someone's day/morning by making the perfect cup of beverage of their day.
Service is slow for drive through, I always have to wait a long time, then only after I pay do they say I need to pull to a spot and they will bring my drink order soon, after waiting a long time with only 5 cars. This time I ordered an Americano thinking it would be easier if it's from a machine that should be the same for all, but it was so burnt or something because it was so hard to drink. They double cupped it to cover up a spill mess they made in assuming because I found it wet. Staff seemed nice, but clearly some work needs to be done for better operations or management.
