Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff stand around talking with each other while they have a line of customers out the door. I order food and they had my food sitting behind the counter for 15 minutes and said they forgot to give it to me. While I was standing there asking 3 different employees about my order. Whoever is the owner of this Tim Hortons was probably desperate to hire people because no one can do their job correctly. Super poor customer service and bad management. Avoid this Tim Hortons if you can.
They will charge you full price instead of using your promotion, even if you specify you have a mobile app promotion and would like to use it. Wanted to use one of mine and told the girl when ordering, but the guy at checkout charged me full price.When I pointed out the mistake they said, "We used your points to give you one item free" which is not what I asked for. I didn't want to use my points to pay, I wanted to use a promotion. Assumptions assumptions! And then they wouldn't fix it by refunding and charging the right price.Such a waste of time having to call corporate. Short female manager, Indian, shoulder length hair in pony tail, heavy eyeliner - not helpful at all. Has no understanding of providing customers with a good experience. Expects the customer to fix their own problems.
This is my family's favorite Tim Hortons, the staff is friendly and give quick service. Never mess up the order
Wrong order. Not just this place, same thing happened in other places. Is it so difficult to distinguish between ice coffee and iced capp? Happened three or four times in all around GTA. I am tired to replace the wrong order anymore. Nice work in 2022 tim hortons.
This location is really busy. Seating has no outlets, so working or studying is difficult. A lot of their food menu items were unavailable.
So chaotic at this Timmies. Lots of customers had to go back to the staff as their drinks were incorrect, including myself. I won't be going to this location anymore. My iced coffee was also EXTREMELY sweet - I was unable to drink this.
One of my favorite locations - never gets my order wrong and the drive thru ladies are always so nice. They are very busy though and sometimes trying to turn left into the parking lot is impossible. I try to go at off-peak times.
Great location, seems like a trend there to pay for the car behind you. Love seeing this kind of kindness. This drive thru can get long at peek times.
Bought the Limited Edition Choose-to-Include donut which came individually boxed. Fast service when I walked into the restaurant to order. Drive thru probably would've taken alot longer. There is only one driveway entrance which commonly gets clogged up with the long drive thru line up.
This is a great time to go to if you want to sit and enjoy a drink! They are open for dine in now so they are a great option for the early birds out there! The only downside to this location is that the drive though tends to get extremely busy. And for those who like to get work done, there is no outlet accessible so you can’t charge your laptop. Cant go wrong with Tim’s though!
