Slowest tim drive through always, mobile order, paid ahead, but on the end did did not get my order
they give me change in drive though and threw it at my hand before i could catch it, and the lady at the counter said sorry and just left, and when i told her what? and she pointed it at the floor and asked me to pick it up for myself. Terrible service
I’m a regular customer where I love this placeBut there’s a problem in receiving orders I was mentioning it today to someone and he was very rude not evening respecting where I know he’s new he acts like whatever tooGuy maybe on a part time if he doesn’t like his job why would u disrespect5.40 pm I wanna gonna call the manger to say he was disrespectful as I was only trying to help so they don’t lose customers as there’s a glitch in the speakers.Tbh I won’t come again. Thank you so much as I hope they hire a better one as they will lose lots of customers of that bad customer service. I got a business what if I tell others to not come? Forgive him but what about others? Hope you take a step towrds respect.
Good place but couldn't get anything as their payment system was down.I'm not faulting them for that but they were understaffed and had no one at the front counter.After failing to get their attention, I just left.
Twice in two weeks they've over-sweetened a simple double double order. This is exactly why Tim's has such a poor rep. Always do a taste test before you drive off.
Good food. Service is ok.Entrance and exit doors should be clearer as customers are in and out without following those signs.Even the lineup has no clear direction.
No wifi if you were planning to dine in and get some work done. Also didn’t provide salt and pepper with my soup.Update: I went back for a bagel and they put ranch instead of tomatoes. Very upset about this!! Didn’t have time to check the bagel until I got home
Food is good, however there is a big problem with the cleanliness of this store.Even after requesting to clean up a table before we could use, employee insisted to just use it as it is. We had to reiterate that its messy and then someone came to clean and barely cleaned the table.
I’ve been going to this location nearly every day for over 7 years. Great staff and usually the service. Some of the young staff on weekends are a bit slow but that’s ok.
Wow...they finally brought back Maple Dip and Canadian Maple donuts....so delicious. There was a young lady serving us, and she was friendly and happy....such a nice person. Often I found the staff looking a bit miserable, so this was a refreshing change. The variety of donuts was terrific.
