I bought a large chili and got half a bread about close to 11am. Like really? I am going to check my bag everytime I order the chilli and I don't care if you stare at me because I'm taking up the time.
Nice place, has hand sanitizer pumps on all tables. Friendly and fast service. Always fresh cup of coffee available. Clean washrooms.
The service and food at this location has always been good in my experience, but today the washroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in over a week. The sink was filled with what looked like remants of food or vomit. I understand that it gets very busy at this location especially on weekends, but it was such a gross sight. I'll probably return to get food, but avoid the washroom.
Out of all the Tim Hortons locations in the area, this one in particular has had the best service and friendliest staff thus far. They always provide coffee orders very efficiently and despite having a busy line at times, there are staff members who will be cordial and say to have a good day back. Overall a nice location, which can be difficult to find nowadays; hence, this one is worthy of a 5-star rating.
During these difficult times, with them being apart of the food industry, they aren’t wearing face masks. With Covid and numbers rocketing up to tens of thousands of people, without wearing their masks is extremely dangerous for us as customers. At this Tim Hortons, it wasn’t only one worker who wasn’t wearing a mask but 2 and their face was extremely close to my drink while they were stirring the drink. Their attitude wasn’t any better. They sounded highly annoyed with us and the drink wasn’t even full. Never coming back. Would not recommend to anyone else.
I’ve always come here for coffee, tea, and donuts and rarely have any problems with my order. Lately for the past few days, the services were so bad. Especially today during drive thru. They took my order wrong, gave me a cup that looked USED, and gave me attitudes when I was paying. There’s teeth marks on the top part of the cup?!? The lid doesn’t close properly which results to spilling everywhere and the coffee spilled all over my car seat. Even worse, the coffee was cold… HOW CAN YOU GIVE THIS TO COSTUMERS???!?If there’s a way I can give negative stars, I would! I’ve come to this location for many years and never did this ever happened to me. I would rather go get coffee somewhere else than here. Not only the services was bad but the attitudes of the employees was even worse. If u want good coffees and good service, don’t ever come to this location.
I come to this Tim Hortons everyday. Right beside my work. I always take the cap off because lunch is not to long for me to wait for the coffee to cool down. Most of the time this location is ok with their order other than the occasional cream instead of milk mix up and facing some workers with no uniform in the drive through (guys).Today was very disappointing to open up the coffee and see this thing hovering on the top of it. As you can from the pictures it is some plastic of some sort. Not to happy about that. Just be watchful ppl.
This location can’t even prepare a coffee order correctly. Worst service. Forget about multiple items in an order, they always miss an item or two. Super slow service especially by the evening staff.

I will always love a good donut and drink at Tim Hortons. A good place to come and eat snack, lunch or snack. It also has delivery and take out and seating without Corona. I recommend
