This Tim hortons has the worst service EVER. So don’t even bother wasting your time walking in here, they can’t even make a simple iced coffee or coffee right.. it’s either always too sweet or too bitter.. the iced coffee I got tastes like sweet water.. don’t understand why they hire people who can’t make a simple coffee right… and don’t even get me started on the hygiene practice hire, surprised it hasn’t even shut down
Going through drive through not clean litter every where staff lady at window very rude
Came here and bought 2 french vanilla and asked for double cup but the server lady told us “they aren’t allowed to give double paper cups”. I know there is an option for double paper cup and it doesn’t cost any money as i work for tim hortons. The swrver lady was rude and i returned my drinks. I just got an Iced coffee around 1:35am and my order was for iced coffee with cream milk and extra base. It was very very sweet, so I went again at the drive through to ask for some ice on side to make or neutral, I didn’t even tell to make a new one. But the rude lady told me No I will not give. The literal words, the exact same words. Very poor customer service.
Good place for coffee and donuts. Drive thru moves quickly and there's a good amount of parking. Staff are great.
Place is so garbage. Employes don't have any customer service skills. I ordered a hot drink and it came half filled and was cold. I order 2 donuts and they just threw both of them together into a big paper bag. This is one of the worst Tims in Markham. Spend the extra few minutes of driving to go to a different one.
Poor and slow service. Our Tim Hortons offer was not accepted and we had to pay full price. The cashier was being pushy to buy the food because they had already made the food.
They cannot make a good ice coffee ever. Ice coffee means having ice in the drink right? Not a this location, you’ll be lucky to get 2-3 ice cubes. And they never add sugar syrup, so you always end up with bitter, lukewarm nasty ice coffee. Do not recommend this location at all.
All afternoon staff till 12 am is great actually loved their service!!! I called them Akka which means sister in tamil. And they treated me like their actual brother. Such a great place to have a coffee. Definitely recommend for Tim’s lover
I am so happy to go there last time. The staff was very nice and good. I ordered my food by mobile app and drive through. The smiling lady was little confused and asked me more detail at the window. I only ordered two drinks anyway. They requested me to park my car at parking lot and waited the drinks. I felt little bit funny, but I still parked my car and waited. The lady brought my drinks and free timbits to say sorry to me , and said thank you too. I felt very happy with their super nice customer service. Not because the free timbits. Hopefully everywhere can have same service and make everyday beautiful. ♥️
