Got the tofu soy milk drink on Tuesday evening and was greeted with friendly service and got my drink super quick, much better than the midland location in my opinion. I’ve noticed there’s only 1 person working most times I come so I'm impressed by how quick my drinks were made given that there’s only 1 staff there. Also, tiger sugar company must’ve changed the soy milk base because it tastes terrible compared to the original formula. Giving 5 stars for the service though.
Went here Thursday night and was served by a polite and sweet girl with tattoos. It was my first time here and she was happy to help me pick drinks since I was a new comer and ended up loving the drink she recommended (tiger mango sago) :) the drinks are priced fairly, will definitely come back!! Also, honourable mention to the female staff who served me!
Best black sugar black tea option in the area. Tapioca was just the right amount of chewiness. Staff was really nice and recommended the cream mousse option (great idea)
My son went to pick up the online order but it took more than 45 mins and gave him the wrong order and super super sweet. I threw it and never come back. Bad services and the staff didn’t know how to make drink
Tiger sugar is one of my favourite milk tea places. Their egg rolls could be better if it less sweet
I ordered big tapiocas but they just gave me small ones. And they also specially asked me what size of tapiocas I would like to order. Speechless-_-Disappointed
It was my first time buying from Tiger Sugar Markham location. We were craving for brown sugar boba milk. It was one of our favourite! The taste of the drinks were not bad but the pearls (tapioca) were a great disappointment. It happened to all three cups. The pearls were really hard and we could not even bite into it. We gave up after trying chew on a few pearls. They were so hard to chew on. What a pity! Hopefully this will not happen again if we ever order from there.
Normally I love Tiger Sugar, and was excited in this location in my area. Ordered the black sugar mochi boba with cream mousse, which was terrible. For some reason it was granular, a horrible texture with every sip. Had to discard the drink as it wasn't sweet enough, and the mousse was slimy on top of the graininess. Nothing redeeming at all. Highly disappointed in this location.
Drinks are delicious but a little too sweet for my preference. Their staff is friendly and service is pretty fast around 5pm.
The first time I tried Tiger Sugar I was in Hong Kong, this brown sugar milk tea Boba was very good! The milk is a little different in taste vs Hong Kong but it is just the right level of sweetness! Very friendly staff!
