This ramen bar is tucked away outside langham square in the corner. Would not of heard of it if it weren't for Google maps. They got lunch specials (see pictures), you order at the counter, pay for the food and they bring the food to you. It's a small place but foods pretty good, and staff are very friendly. Only complaint was that the ramen soup was too salty

Order at the counter when you go in. Pay first then you can sit down and wait for your food.Water is self serve there. The black garlic ramen is pretty good. They added a lot of the garlic oil. The broth isn't very salty which I like. The egg was great, you can taste the soya sauce in the yolk. It was marinated perfectly. The pork belly was soft and tender. The spicy ramen was okay. Not too spicy.Service was great.Lunch special ends at 4pm.

My new favourite ramen restuarant in Markham! Their broths are flavourful, the service is good, the price is just about right, and their portions are huge! They give you a couple of torched sushi and marinated cucumbers as a free appetizer - which is greatly appreciated. I've come twice already and each time, the karaage appetizer is a must! I really like their original ramen too - it comes with a lot of toppings, including two slices of chasiu, two pieces of chicken, bamboo shoots, and a whole marinated soft-boiled egg. I've also tried their roasted garlic and it was black to my surprise - a little salty but still very yummy. Their water is also self-serve, so you can get your own water by the front door.11/10 definitely will come back again!! ✨

I love this place. A nice surprise. Very casual yet elegantly design seating. The menu covers ramen, set meal, and tapas. However, Unlike a lot of other “cookie cutter” Japanese bento box places, this restaurant puts a lot of care in the set meal setup, preparation , and choice of sushi/Sashimi. The miso soup has clam inside! The price range is above average but I think the whole experience justifies it. Definitely worth giving it a try.

I seldom leave an extensive review, but need to give props to this place.Overall impression:The food was great. The flavors, portion, presentation and price point are great IMO. Good atmosphere and have the option of table seating or noodle bar.Ramen:The original pork shio ramen came with both pork belly, shoulder, egg and other garnish. The flavors are awesome and the broth is not too salty. The kicker for me was the Arugula leaves. It brought balance to the fatty pork belly and cut thru the fat for me.Aburi Salmon:The set lunch came with soup, salad, tempura (6pcs), sushi appetizer (2pcs) and main, which is the torched salmon with rice. The miso soup has clam in it to add extra flavor. The tempura was freshly made and the torched salmon was flavorful. I couldn't comment on the sushi appetizer as we couldn't finished the set.Price/ value:Considered the flavor, quality and ingredients, I think you are getting a lot of value for the price. Everyone value things differently, so the best way to know is to try it. Cheers.

A great little place for delicious and authentic Ramen. Broth was superb, it was flavorful and creamy. I love that they give you a whole egg, it's so yummy and one of the best parts of the meal!

? $15-$25 per person (they have a soft opening until April 30,2022)!!?️ :- signature shoyu ramen- black garlic ramen- chicken katsu set- sashimi setThe sets come with miso soup, rice, salad, tempura and a side dish! We got fried dumplings as the side dish for this round. The ramen comes with a side dish as well but it's only 1 fried dumpling whereas the set received 2 fried dumplingsReason for rating:- seating is super tiny, best to come as couples or a family of 4. Waiting for a bigger table will take some time- ramen broth isn't overly salty which is a huge plus- the set idea is good but they fill you up with all the cheaper dishes compares to the main dishI would come back but mostly for the 20% off as of this time. I'm not sure how to feel about coming back here when I need to pay full price.

Decent food and good portions. Currently in soft opening until April 30 for 20% off. Must pay first. The place is small so it's not recommended with a large group. Best is 2-3 ppls

First impression, a very cozy family owned ramen. You have to order at the counter, pay first and they will serve you the meal and water are self-serve.I ordered the garlic ramen ($15.5) it comes with chasu and sliced chicken with arugula green, corn and seaweed. They come with complimentary torched salmon sushi and some pickles. Which was great but unfortunately I don’t eat salmon. The broth it was a lot lighter than I expected and is not hot. I was expecting more thicker and flavourful broth. The noodle was soggy. I was expecting the noodle more aldente. Lastly they missed my tempura order until I reminded them.Sorry but I wouldn’t come back again. I rather spend this price for a better service and quality meal at another ramen place.

Tried this new ramen shop tucked away in the corner of Langham Square near Big Trio and Meet Fresh. They currently have a soft opening deal with 20% off all items until April 30. The space is very limited (about 12 table seats + 6 bar seats). You grab a seat, order and pay at the register first and grab your own water. The lady who serves the food is nice, attentive and efficient. We got the Assorted Tempura ($10 - 7pcs), Original Shio Pork Ramen ($15.5) and Roasted Garlic Ramen ($16.5). The broth was pretty good but could use a touch more umami like salt or boiled longer. I really liked all the toppings in my ramen. The egg was perfectly cooked and runny, and there's two cuts of pork: a thick cut pork belly with a nice marinated flavour, and thinly sliced pork tenderloin which was very tender. The portion are definitely generous as it also comes with a small side. We got a fried gyoza and pickled daikon. My only real complaint was that the tempura was a bit greasy and not crispy enough.
