this is a misinterpretation of good Asian food. We were hungry but after first bite of the food, we threw it out. Never again ??? We would give it negative stars if we could.
I have been a frequent customer at his location, because I live near the mall. On Feb 6, the order taking staff was super rude, the guy (with glasses) seems to be a cook covering for the cashier. He did not bother taking the time explaining the options, seems super annoyed to answer any inquires. Very terrible customer experience. To be honest, that attitude should not be allowed in any work environment, it's toxic to other coworkers and customers. As a business owner myself, I would recommend the management to change the staff or to have more customer service training. Hope it will help your business improve for the future.
Got the pad see ew, wanted battered beef but she talked me out of it for some reason. Asked for very spicy and gave me a warning its very spicy. Its not spicy AT all. Bland- little to no flavour. The broccoli had more flavour than the beef.It wasnt tasty or spicy which makes me sad. I miss Thailand and this place should be ashamed for misrepresenting how AMAZING thai food really is. Last visit for me :(
I''ve been to other thai express that has more taste in their food. Not sure if they use a differebt recipe or they r cheaper with their ingredients. Most reviews are accuate about them.
absolutely the worst food I've ever had in a food court. service was good but the food tasted bland. if you don't like any sort of flavor in your food, this is the place for you.I would not recommend this place to friends or family. please stay away.
Worst thai express I've been to. It seemed like they ran out of stock for everything from ingredients to packaging to chopsticks. The food had very little flavor, they normally use Chinese broccoli but used regular broccoli. There was barely any sauce and the Styrofoam was warped from the hot flavorless food. Never ordering from here again.
Don't buy chicken fried rice here.. got the fried rice with pineapple and tomatoes, hardly any pineapple, tomatoes or any vegetable. Felt like eating warmed rice without much flavours and ingredients. We have had the same fired rice in other location and that was much better. Never again. Not worth the $13 at all.

Terrible experience. The cashier doesn't speak or understand English. Gets frustrated and and rude. Extremely difficult to order. Never going back.
Located inside the food court in Markville Mall. Strongly recommend this restaurant if you are hungry for quick, tasty and high quality Asian food. Superb customer service. The lady at the cashier was very friendly, helpful and polite! Will definitely return!
