Bubble tea is very good, tea is strong, way better than their Markville mall location too.Food is not good at all... location at hwy 7 and Leslie/Bayview is way better.Come for beverage but do not order the food.
Lousy take out packaging. Order via uber eats but found out the soup container lid wasn't closed properly (no seal), same for the tartar sauce container. Ended up the soup spilled all over in the takeout plastic bag when food arrived, ruining the entire dinner. With all the drastic price increases Ten Ren charged, they can't even afford better takeout packaging.... ?
When I ordered, there were 2 staffs with 2 tables customers, one table with 2 people were finished, another one with 4 peoples were eating. I bought 2 bento boxes let me wait 15 mins outside when I returned and I tried to let them know I was there, the 2 servicers pretended to be busy in the pantry and did not answer me, during waiting another 15 mins the busy boy gave the finished table added water, I was sure they saw me still waiting in the reception until another 3 people came for dining in, I tried again to let them know I came to take out my order, the busy girl let me be away so let the 3 people request first. Finally, she was angry to take out my order which need to wait 30 mins, in fact, which was already prepared to be taken out earlier. Terrible service, not friendly, not recommend, never goes there again.
Love this place. Bbt is soooo good. Only problem is only one guy working at the bar so it takes ages to get the drinks.
Three workers with no other customers, bought a tea and took almost 10 mins to make. Never go there again
Bought a taro bubble tea it tasted okay, but after paying I realized that they had charged me more than what says on the receipt (which I saw him print) but they didn't even give me the receipt???
Went to buy 4 Boba drinks and recieved different flavours from what I asked for instead. But overall it still wasn't bad
The only TenRen store in Alberta and it’s the only tea store that sells “high mountain” oolong tea. The best tea so far.

Ordered through ubereats so didn’t go the the location this time. Have been here in the past and always seemed great on service! love the look of the place and ten ren is a staple name for bubble tea being in Canada for so long! This time we also had the noodles for dinner and all the noodle soups are infused with tea, which is living up to their tea background! You can really taste the tea in the broth which is really nice! The beef was very soft and tender and the chicken and cutlet was nice and crispy even after a car ride over! My winter order from them has to be the ginger milk tea, which has the nice kick of ginger heat! Due to warmer weather, we opted for some refreshing drinks and refreshing it was!
