DO NOT COME HERE.So many reasons for you to not come here and go to another sushi restaurant instead.- We sat down, ordered our food, asked for water. Water didn't come even after we started eating.- Appetizer came half way into our first rice bowl.- ordered the premium syogun rice bowl, fish was average, quality is not good enough for them to be charging 30 dollars.- also ordered the fried pork cutlet with curry, waitress said the sauce would come shortly after. We waited 15 mins and the sauce never came. (Still didn't get our water btw). It got to the point where I had to get up and bring the rice bowl back to cancel.- I complained to the owner (I think) and asked for the bill. The bill came after another 15 mins. (No water still lol)- ginger is inedible. Not sure how a sushi restaurant can mess up ginger.Might as well eat McDonald's.
Pretty good sushi but wait is long when I pre-ordered. I usually preorder a head of time so it’s ready when I get there but they haven’t been making it on time and I been coming here since 2019. Party trays are nice and consistent. Just poor service and wait time. May be more worth it if you order delivery so you don’t have to deal with customer service aspect.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this restaurant. After being a frequent customer before the pandemic, I recently ordered dinner for my family and was shocked to find that the portion sizes are much smaller and the attention the detail was lacking. My order took over 45 minutes to be prepared for just four items, half of which were sushi rolls which were missing condiments. Needless to say, I won't be going back again.

Ordered take out this week and found out missing uni from the order. Called back and they said they are running out of it without notify the customer while ordering. And nothing can be done as I was already home to find this out. Later found out from other discussion group that this is a norm in this restaurant. People experienced the same situation that uni is out of stock without informing the customer during order. Very unethical way of conducting business.Further, don’t be fooled by the photo from the website. The real food is far different than its photo. Its quality is only at all-you-can-eat-buffet level, but charging the customer regular price on those take out. Stay away and you can find way better sushi with the same price in other nearby restaurant.
Awesome food and staff is great particularly the 3 men working between 7 and 8pm on April 1st 2022 :) just in case the boss looks at these I want them to get some acknowledgement. It was so busy and they were awesome and lightning fast!
One if my go to for Japanese food. Pricing is fair and seafood is fresh. From time to time there is promo.
So far I have ordered 3 times from this restaurant. The food is fresh and my son commented last night that he just bite into something still icy in the middle layer. First time I ordered for pick up, the wait was 15 min, 2nd time was about 20 min, and yesterday was almost 40 min. I always call ahead as soon as they open. Yesterday was around 5 PM for Saturday opening, 2022-02-12. I wanted to pick up around 6 PM but was told to come by 6:30 PM instead, which I happily obliged. After waiting till 7:08 PM, I finally received my order. I commented in passing that it's been a 40 minutes wait and I understand that maybe they are under staff today. The person serving said "no, 5 people are enough staff" (preparing food) and did not care to explain why the 40 mins wait, with no apologise. My congee queen food which I picked up around 6:15 PM with 0 min waiting time was cold by the time I got home. The 2 star is about the service I received and not the food in this review.

The Lunar Deluxe Box is perfect for any occasion! The sushi is true to the picture, sashimi is perfectly fresh and the maki is carefully seasoned for perfect balance of vinegary tang and saltiness. I highly recommend this restaurant! Love it!
