The food, decor, etc. were your standard Swiss Chalet. But Rosa, our server, made our experience 5 stars! She was the only server working on a relatively quiet night, and she was so attentive to us. I also saw her at other tables interacting with the kids there.She seemed incredibly warm and kind, and I was just happy to see that while dining at the restaurant. Five stars for Rosa!
Food was good. I had the new southern hot chicken sandwich, fries and chalet sauce and a pop.I had a craving for the fries and chalet sauce so I paid a visit.Service was prompt and friendly enough.No lie though, that night and the next morning I was shooting out spicy, liquid diarrhea which is unusual for me, so I can only assume it was from eating here as it was the only out of routine thing I ate that day.
Has always been a delicious consistent dining experience. If anything, it actually seems to be even better these days. A great portion, fresh chicken and a delicious Chalet sauce. Even their french fries seem somehow better. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple night out and a delicious chicken dinner.
Ordered it Friday and the chalet sauce was really off, didn't taste right at all. We didn't enjoy it. Thank you for your response but your customer service sent me an email saying that I'm complaining too much, because the week prior I did a pretty order for 630 and received the food at 6 instead which meant cold dinner for us. They did compensate us for last order but for this , customer service said to just switch locations, and that the sauce didn't change and shouldn't taste different. Unfortunately I know what I tasted and it wasn't the sauce we grew up with. Too many restaurants out there. Thanks but no thanks.
The afternoon Waitress , Lisa is amazing . I watch her so many times multi tasking , several customers on her own. And each and everyone of us. Receive great service. She is a very good waitress, and I believe the only reason I went back. And I would go again She keeps everything, . all tables very clean and also has a great spirit about herself while doing so I hope you know what you got in her she is a great person for her position!! I had a questionable experience at this Swiss Chalet. A character spawned in the dining room and started munching on that coleslaw. However the food served was delicious and came quick. I applaud your workers here at this Swiss Chalet. I will defenitley consider coming here again.
Avoid!!!The two times my family ordered here were terrible. The chicken was so dry, burnt and shrivelled, may as well been burnt chicken jerky. Don’t even get me started on the sides. If they can’t make chicken, then that says a lot about their capabilities in regards to sides. Terrible food quality.
Nice local spot with a Drive Through window to make things nice and easy during the pandemic.The staff here are very pleasant and accommodating, especially the Drive Through Cashier.... I asked, and her name was Alyssa.Alyssa was fantastic, I asked for some extra utensils, and I was a pain.But Alyssa provided great service.The service is perfect here. A great experienceThe Whole Chicken Family Pack with 4 sides is always a great choice for $30 when you don’t want to cook at home for a change. The entire family enjoyed it, so I don’t see why we wouldn’t go back again when we crave some rotisserie chicken.
Good food fresh and hot the only thing I would recommend is putting more coleslaw on the crispy chicken sandwich and more pink house chalet dressing on the bun but overall the food was fresh I'd definitely order it again in a few weeks but if your gonna be ordering I also suggest saving lots of room inside your stomach because this is one seriously filling meal I couldn't even finish my food
Dark meat sandwich very hard to eat,I don't think chicken should be so tuff and dried outterrible. Funnily giving up on this location.Tried many times same result.
