The food at this Swiss Chalet was especially good. Very fresh flavour! The service was really great (Kitty served us) and if the food was bad (again, it was delicious) the service would be enough to bring me back. She was always on top of everything and made sure we had the best time we could!

My favourite Swiss chalet location. When we went the fries were fresh which is not the case for every location. On top of that the waiting team was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this one for a very homie feel every time. Valerie, my waitress was very hospitable.

The Chalet Seasoned Fresh-Cut Fries were so good! A big step up from the regular fries, which are already good as is! The dark meat portion of my half chicken dinner was a little dry, but the chalet sauce helped with that.

The server an service was good. But not going back. Their cashier point of sale system asks for a tip TWICE.For some unwitting customer they might just think they are entering it twice but they actually charge the first and 2nd tips. Good thing I caught it and had it reversedBad business

I wish I had taken more pictures of the meal but all that I have left is the gravy. I ordered pick up, the guy at the counter was friendly and efficient. The chicken and back ribs were fairly juicy. I'll definitely order again in the future.

Kind of rude, especially younger servers there. They do need a training session. No greeting no thank you and not even bother speak to their customersAnd this is the poutine I get.And of course no catchup especially after I specially required.

During the pandemic, I had ordered take away from Swiss Chalet couple time. Food was fabulous and the service was awesome. After lockdown,I had visited Swiss Chalet on Thursday lunch and I felt good. Waitresses were friendly. I had ordered a chicken with fries. I really enjoyed and I will come again.

My family and I decided to do take out today. I ordered through the app. The app was very user-friendly. I have used it multiple times in the pass and always satisfied. As satisfied as I am with the app, we were pretty disappointed with the pick up and food received experience. My husband did the pick up and he said it was very disorganized and not enough employees at the counter. He saw a lot of staff just wondering around when there was a line of people waiting to be serviced. As for the food, this was by far one of the worse we have received ever from Swiss Chalet. The chicken was dry and missing it's famous chicken skin. It's one of the things we look forward to when eating Swiss Chalet chicken. My ribs where cold. My baked potato came empty even though I requested sour cream and chives. My side of fries came in a half filled container. I requested butter for my dinner rolls and ketchup for my fries and neither was included. My dinner roll also received cold. I had to reheat all my food. I also live only 5 mins away from this location. It our go to location for a long time. I am just super disappointed with my overall experience this time around.I do not usually give 1 star ratings but if this is the kind of service we will be getting, Swiss Chalet will not be a go to place for us in the near future.

WORST SWISS CHALET IN THE GTA!Ordered ahead for pick up. Ask for a double leg dinner with the chicken lightly cooked (NO CHARING) and I got a well done Chicken with CHARING! The container of fries was half empty and the fries were cold and shriveled. This location does not take care when preparing their meals. It looked thrown together without any thought or paying attention to a customers request. Really Bad!Sent in a complaint. Let's see what they do about it!

Cashier could find my weight watcher chicken dinner. Then another employee tried. Then she just said it's not available for take out, it's only dine menu. I told her I could order it on the app. Asked for manager and he put in the order, no problem. Bad staff and training. Just lies to customer because they don't know how to do something.
